Loads better. Still glitchy.

Convenient way to get paper. Sometimes the app gets jumpy. Works most of the time.

The new update is a little buggy. It crashes at random times. Pinching text to change size is too sensitive. Otherwise OK.

This app keeps improving and I've come to depend on it. That's especially true when I'm traveling and away from the bay area.

The app works great now that most of the previous problems have been fixed. Easy to use and read articles.

Slow. Glitchy. Hard to navigate.

The app has gotten progressively worse over the past yr. On my wife's iPad, you can pinch & zoom to make it much larger and easier to read without glasses. Not so on my Nexus 7 (Android); it only zooms to a too-low magnification. Worse yet, you can't scroll in the text pane that pops up after tapping on an article (used to work fine, but it's obvious the app developers haven't kept up with recent Android updates). And, often portions of articles are blurry (scanning or quality control issue).

App is shotty. Basic movements throughout the pages do not work right. Thumbing through large images and text has been solved for nearly a decade. Looks like an app that was thrown together by a cut rate third party app house. Much can be done to improve usability. Go do it.

Uninstalled the old version and reinstalled it. It's much better than the other which was useless.

I am very unhappy with this updated app. Pages do not load, and I cannot read previous day's paper. But even worse is the terrible tech support. I spoke to three different tech support people, and each one did not have a clue on how to fix the problems. And the tech support supervisor was even worse. She did not even know if there was a second level of more advanced tech support available. I find it unconscionable that a newspaper that operates in the Silicon Valley cannot hire competent tech support.

New update only shows start page. Unable to read the e-edition I'm paying for.

The update won't let the paper load!

I am thinking of canceling my subscription entirely. Today I was not able to load the e edition on the computer either. Very disappointing.

Painfully slow refresh rate. Makes it not worthwhile. Some text no readable. Asus transformer2. ICS4.0. Please fix

Slow to refresh pages. May just stick with their reg. news app.

The website isn't great but this app is useless. Pages overwrite and are illegible. Why fill up your memory with defective software?

Works poorly. Cant download complete paper to read. Completely refreshes from just moving or enlarging. Even refreshes when zooming out. Keeps asking to update and then doesn't

This is a horrible app...they didn't put much effort into this product to market their eEdition. The app is extremely slow, refreshes on every motion request, loads pages on top of pages...a very frustrating experience. ASUS Transformer running current Android Ice Cream software

Even with the other negative reviews they still have not fixed anything after 4 months. Web site downloads are slow, too.

Trying to expand the page to make it readable, other pages infest the text, making whatever you were reading illegible. Can't rate any lower than one star.

Please fix the page over page problem. It makes the app useless, frustrating and basically garbage.

I'm confused by all the negative reviews. The app appears to work great, loads fast, and is easy to read. No complaints so far.
