In reality its slow as a service. To transfer money from my accounts its tediously slow. However once in it does help reassuring me that I can't spend or have pending transactions and banks who don't know what they're doing from a-z and half the staff who can't even recite the alphabet! So the qualm is delays in transfers assurance of no missing chips when my back is turned.

STILL NOT WORKING AFTER NUMEROUS COMMENTS FROM USERS BECAUSE THEY DON'T CARE. CONTIS ? Got a much better alternative to what you SHOULD call yourselves ! Unfortunately it's not printable... Updates still not working, Last working version: ENGAGE 1.0.4 build 5. It's not rocket science & surely 2 years is more than enough time to fix the problem... maybe we should ALL just empty are accounts & go elsewhere. (App originally worked on crappy rooted huawei ascend, but fails to work on unrooted htc m9 or my unrooted s6 edge - although both were de-bloated) Rang customer services, as much use as a CHOCOLATE fireguard ! & just told to use the website, not really a solution & I do know I could use the website. But is that not the point of the App, So it's easier to access ?

Saying cannot use on a rooted device. My device is not rooted. It is a Samsung Galaxy S3 mini and I want to access my engage card. Was happy see an app for it but no... it doesn't work not impressed at all.
