It works well. I have been using it to connect to computers for work and every time, I often think that this app is more well made than Pandora and way too overlooked. It's amazing.

Missing indicator light up front that would tell me if the client being monitored is either in the RED or GREEN. The GREY indicator light to the right of each client listed would be a great indicator if it changed colors based on client status

This app is atrocious. It randomly kicks me out while viewing sites and has me try to login. Then I login and get the login screen again! Over and over. I tried this app about a year ago and it was the same. I am using the Op3 and should have 0 issues but I have had nothing but problems.

Useless, needs a search function. I have 35 pages of just desktops. I can't search there that to find one computer.

It is a good app, but lately I've been having crippling issues with my session timing out and making me login again. Most times it times out within seconds of logging in making the app non-functional.

This app has saved my techs time and allowed them to support our customers in a near real time basis no matter where we are, I just Wished the ticketing system as a whole would format better on Continuum's side.

Only issue so far is the need to re-auth if you've been connected to a device for a longer period of time

Used this in a pinch to remote in to a clients server when my pc was inaccessible. It was so intuitive and smooth! Saving your password to open the app is my only suggestion.

Great App

Great app, about time! Let me be the first to complain about having to put in my complex password everytime I open this app. Its somewhat embarassing to do this infront of a customer, even knowing my device already has a security unlock on it. Please come up with a better system for getting into this app in a pinch. Thx!

3 years over due but worth the wait! Only suggestion is to fix the mouse where it moves with the touch instead of moving the screen to the mouse.

Seriously? Whoever the design team on this was, they did an amazing job! I'm not any kind of company schill... There's room for improvement on the desktop site...ease of use or cosmetic improvements wouldn't hurt. But the agent /console in the cloud is solid. Listen... For a tablet experience to be this intuitive, someone did their homework. The LogMeIn feature alone makes this app completely indispensable. If you use 247...you need to download this.
