Contentchecked Lite US version for Android
Great when works but most things I scan it says "This product does not exist"
food dyes, fruits, and citric acid are not on the list.

I know that there are so many things that people are allergic to but it would be nice to be able to add your own allergen as not only the ones listed cause anaphylaxis
Whether you're new to your food allergies or have had them for a while, this app is perfect for shopping at the grocery store. It's super easy to use since all I have to do is select my allergies and scan a product to know if it's safe or not. I REALLY recommend this to anyone just going gluten-free.
This covers only a few major allergens such as dairy and soy. For those of us with issues not on the list (coconut, for one), it's not very helpful.
This app is simply amazing. I love it. Usefulness is one thing, but I do like for things to look pretty as well. Easy to set up and use. I'm excited to see it grow! I found out that they also have another app called MigraineChecked! So cool.
My son has rare food allergies (chicken, turkey, and cinnamon) and I was hoping this app would be able to help us out but not a single one of his allergies are on here! Super disappointed I wasted data on downloading this
Needs corn allergy option. Genetically modified corn has made it's way into all of our produces.
I've been reading labels for years because of our multiple food allergies and while this is a great concept it doesn't address or needs. We're also looking for cane sugar and corn but the FDA doesn't require specific labeling for either. If a product lists "sugar" we have to pass and the list of ingredients that are corn in disguise is ridiculous. Unless the FDA requires full sourcing of every ingredient it will be difficult for an app to be truly effective for us.
I like it. It does the job and is quite useful. Please add a few more allergens (corn et al). So far so good, look forward to the next update! :D

The concept is great but it does not pick up the labels that say processed on the same equipment as peanuts or may contain peanuts. Cross contamination is a big deal for peanut/tree allergies. I will be deleting this app for that reason.
This will make gluten free shopping much easier for me than trying to read the tiny print on many food items. I already have recommended it to friends. Thanks
Love this app! It's so easy to use and has great recipes!
I used to have allergic reactions all the time but now I don't
This is a great app.
I am a parent who has family members with food allergies (one peanut allergy and one soy allergy). It is so very stressful. I searched and searched and searched for something that could effectively aid me with my difficult shopping and after a long time I found nothing worthwhile. Then, out of the blue, ContentChecked appeared and I decided to try it out. Great, thank you so much! You have made my life so much easier!
Okay, so that title may be a little harsh. What I mean to say is that this app is great, it checks all of the boxes, but there are definitely some areas that require improvement. CONS 1) Are you adding more allergens soon, because there are a lot out there. I know that you have 16, but will you be adding more? 2) User profiles and personalization, when will this improve. 3) Better submission methods for product details. PROS 1) Great idea. 2) Expert database and functionality. 3) A worthy cause.
Bravo on the idea, let’s see the UI improve. Do not get me wrong though, this app is simply amazing. I love it. Usefulness is one thing, but I do like for things to look pretty as well. Al little more minimalistic and a little more stream-lined. Would really like to have a better way to submit new content, can be quite convoluted.
Useful. I do not really have a food allergy, merely a lactose intolerance. What I do have is a serious case of migraines. I found out that they also have another app called MigraineChecked! So cool.
Very difficult to save user data, could really use a profile section with some kind of saved profile stats and personally created lists. Lots of things are quite useful and innovative on here, but the things that are lacking are very important. I would like to see what comes out of the next update. In fact, I look forward to it! This is a good cause and I want to see it go someplace, not just for me personally as somebody with food allergies, but for all of the other people out there.
This app is so useful, I use it almost everyday. It has eve helped me to remember which products are good and bad. Even on frequently used products I still scan, because ingredients are always changing, but this app is so up-to-date.
This application has an admirable cause, not very many of those in the app universe. This app is really something that will help people in their daily lives and make it easier for them to live stress-free.
This app has really helped me cope with the struggles of being somebody who requires gluten-free products. Thank you for helping me out!
I use this app all of the time. It saves me time, money and, most importantly, it alleviates stress. As somebody who deals with food allergies on a daily basis this app is revolutionizing the way I live my life, not just for me, but for my family and friends. I am able to simply go to the store and scan a barcode to find out what the product contains. How easy it is that?! Sure beats having to read all of that fine print!
This app has been so very helpful. It’s diversity of content, alertness and attention to detail is integral to my appreciation and vote of confidence. Recommend, five stars, hands down awesome!
I made dinner for my girlfriend, found out right before I went to the grocery store that she had egg allergies. Who knew? Regardless, thank you for your help. We had a great dinner, and now she uses the app as well!
I have a lactose intolerance and this app works well in that regard. What I would like to see is a better user profile section where you can save lists and other personalized information/tweaks. Update please! :D
Not sure if I would pay for it yet, but if you continue to improve I would def do so. Just need some more features.
I can think of so many ideas just like ContentChecked. I found out that you have an app called MigraineChecked. Could you have an app for something like sugar or calories as well?
Great start, let’s see what the future holds. I do not really have allergies, but I like the idea and I use it for when I have friends visiting. I would really like to see a vegetarian or vegan app though!
Great app, I already have recommended it to friends.
Great idea app. Needs major improvements with upc codes. Also, database needs major work. Alot of gluten free foods arent even in there. Hope it improves in the future.
I say kudos to ContentChecekd for their novel idea and the amazing expert advice that they provide.
Kudos for making something like this app. The app world needed this. Let’s see some more good come out of this!
The app works decently well. A few bugs, but overall good idea. The user interface could use some serious improvements though. I am keeping it, but would like to see improvements.
I use this app daily, I really like it. There could be improvements though. I look forward to some delightful surprises in the next update that address some the issues that have been discussed throughout these comments.

Keeps crashing and is not showing me allergy list.
