1800 Contacts - Lens Store

Easy to order contacts...no notification when it's time to change contacts. I set up notifications (which haven't worked in a few months) and checked tonight and it says 21 days (the set days I have input). I change them tomorrow and I only know that because I checked my calendar. The app knows how many I have because I ordered directly through this app. I can hit start new lense and the app tells me when to order again.

Easy to use, and convenient. Can be harder to read if you forget to order new contacts, but thankfully the built in reminders prevent that.

It's ok a little difficult to manage prescriptions & when reordering it still has some issues especially if updating your prescription. I did the photo upload of my presc. & they still had to call me to obtain a copy from my optometrist. Which delayed my contacts.

Need contacts in a pinch because of Hurricane Irma, and I am running out of contacts, and my doctors office is still not open after 9 days because of damage. So thankful I could place an order!

I don't like how it automatically put me down for a full years supply. If I didn't catch it I would have been auto charged for $400+! It took me a couple times to figure out how to change it. I only needed one box

This site was super easy to use except I made a mistake with I care provider and had a hard time changing the information. But once I figured out how it was easy again.

Other not being able to apply my shipping code for free expedited shipping, because there's no way to add codes on the app. It worked ok

Does not give 10% discount for your first app purchase. Contacts are going up In price. Getting way to expensive for people who aren't rich.

Pretty simple and easy to use. Takes the hassle out of ordering new lenses.

This app is easy to use and makes verifying a Rx simple- all I had to do was upload a picture of my paper Rx and once it was verified, they saved it into the app and I don't have to worry about it.

I can see clearly now, the hassle is gone!

Once you get all of your info stored in the app, it takes less than 30 seconds each time you need to reorder.
