This is so far the best application for the business I'm running. The solution is simple easy to implement. The support is so perfect. Personally I recommend it to anyone willing to work on collecting data offline.

Beautiful.. Simple to use

Very easy to setup from the online dahboard and the user interface for surveys is clean and simple.

They tell you about this, as if simply reiterating something you already know. I do not know, however. Could be made a bit easier to understand, before you open the app, not afterwards. I have never done these previous to now, So,????

Great app, I used the trial version and worked perfectly, easy to use, get coordinates, gather pictures and data, and download.

Excellent app for F2F interviews using Tablets. Highly recommended.

Using this now for the third time. Now we are really used to the logic and so writing and linking and sequencing the questions has become easy. Testing, moving surveys to the tablet and results from it, and downloading results in CSV and SPSS all work seamlessly. When I think about the person-hours that would be required to do all this manually, I find this app to be a really good value. Did I mention that tech service is great (didn't need it this time, but on prior uses). Highly recommended.

Was surprised about smooth and efficient way of installing, paying and using this App. It was refreshingly helpful to me having no knowledge about electronical questionnaires. Have some suggestions for improvement though.

Used this app in conjunction with harvestyourdata for the purposes of conducting a citywide homeless point in time count. Our process involved creating the survey and training over 100 volunteers how to download and use the app as well as how to administer the survey (which is fairly complex). I was very happy with the app and it was surprisingly affordable and very effective for our count.

This app has everything you need to conduct surveys, easy way to create and edit questions, lets you create a flow and conditional questions. Has a great interface for the user -creator of surveys- and a really simple and intuitive interface for the user answering the survey -client-. Creats charts and shows the answers in the same online plataform. Really happy to get the full version -purchased surveys-.

This app is a tremendous asset for an NGO, and I would give six stars if I could. I've used it two times. In the first, I was Country Director for a large NGO in Haiti. We had a robust research department, and had to do a survey that would involve 250 field research agents. The research director came to me and asked that I use my credit card to buy a droid Survey license. I asked about the product. He said that normally it would take them weeks to design a paper-based survey, then testing was slow and required modifications which also took a lot of time. Then you had to have a second team of field people out to do quality control in the actual survey agents. Finally, you end up with mountains of forms that have to be keypunched into a database, involving time, money and errors. He said with droidSurvey form design and testing was much easier; you can do some important quality controls just by studying the daily downloands (like time spent on each survey, time in between surveys, etc.), and the data comes to you in a beautiful big file. I just used it for the second time, ON MY OWN (now on a small project. Super intuitive and easy to use.

Having looked at several survey options and costs I decided on droid survey as it provided me with a simple format that is fully adaptable and user friendly. The tutorial was really good and I really liked the test survey . The free trail was a bonus as I used it to trail my version of a survey and found the data collection field to be excellent. It is reasonably priced and the back up and customer service was excellent with questions answered swiftly. I would recommend it highly,

Great app. Used for doing survey of attendees at a festival. Very easy to set up. Works without internet connection. Free trial enables full features.

Downloaded one evening. After getting a little confused about setup, mainly with registering device etc, I had it up and running to capture customer info the next morning. Worked well, customers found it easy to use and saved hours of typing.

It kept rejecting a perfectly good email address, spent 15 minitues on it then gave up. If it's that difficult to even register then doesn't bode well for its use. Haven't got time for this?

PocketSurvey has lots of professional data collection templates to try for FREE. Plus custom templates are either free or very cheap. Data can be imported into any CMMS/CAFM system.

This software is exactly what we need to carry out public consultation events and gather feedback data offline. The company's pricing model is very reasonable and their support team are fantastic. We'd recommend this app to anyone looking for a cost effective way to gather data offline!

We are using isurvey as an opt-in form at a trade show. Very easy to set up and it looks great on the screen. We haven't used it yet at the show - it's this weekend - but all the testing worked great and it is very easy to use. All my questions about the set up were responded to very quickly and thoroughly by isurvey. I am very happy with it!

We use isurvey to conduct taste panels. The program is very intuitive and easy to use both from a set up point of view and in terms of exporting results for analysis. Consumers really enjoy using the app on the interactive devices and for us as a business it helps give a professional and modern impression to our clients.

I work for a large financial institution and recently we had a small project for which we needed the ability to carry out offline surveys. This app worked very well and the customer service was excellent.

It's really a bummer that the grids can't work in small device mode. The price is hefty for the limitations. Headings should stay frozen during selection scrolling. it is easy to use and create surveys; within an hour I had my first test survey running on my phone. I cant justify purchasing without more functionality for small devices...not practical for my field teams to carry two devices. however, this could be a great app!!

Very useful app, will hopefully save me an awful lot of data input grief! So far it has been quick, simple and easy for both survey creation and data collection. Customer service is excellent, with fast responses from developers for all issues. Its also cheaper than rivals!

Everyone should download this survey, easy interface, web control you can use multiple devices and get your results right away! And outstanding customer service™ highly recommended!

It appears from description that the service may be free but the only thing free is the account registration and ability to create a survey. To actually use the created survey one has to be $89 / month. I learned this the hard way after creating a survey. This should be stated clearly or else it is bordering on deceptive advertising. I am rating 2 stars out of frustration with the surprise fees.

Reduces the burden for doing instrument construction and data collection Droidsurvey is the best droid field research companion. As a PhD student, i have witnessed this app reduce the burden of developing instruments, coordinate data collection from different field assistants, track the performance of field assistants even before the end of the data collection and still provide me with the option to save my results in SPSS format. You can actually run a quick analyses of your results whiles still in the field to see emerging trends. The best part for me is the ability to use the app in the offline mode. On top of all this you actually get discounted rates if you are a student. THANKS DEVELOPERS , THIS IS A LIFE SAVING APP!!!

We use this app on the side of the road when checking kids are safely in their car seats. It works well and saves hours of time when reporting back at the end. It was all new to me but the support while setting it up has been great!
