Constant Contact - Email Mktg

Very disappointing paid for the advancement features and it does not allow you to add listbuilder to get contact info on the go to send out email. I have Samsung S7 edge and it tells me my device is not compatible really and the WordPress plug-in requires you to have Php 5 to work. Asked for a refund and they said since I signed up with a credit card that I will not get all my money back and I lost the free 60 day trial. What a ripoff.

Some of the features do not work on the app. Kind of frustrating

The photo uploader on the app doesn't work. Otherwise its pretty convenient.

Honestly a pretty good app to add new contacts. However it has one what I consider serious limitation. If you create an email on the web and try to make any corrections or adjustments using the app that can't be done. A few times now I have wanted to make a correction to a draft while I was on the go and wasn't able to because the document was created on the web. Other than that I found it useful app. If they could make a correction and allow you to make these adjustments on the app I might give it four or five stars

If I didn't have to use this app in a pinch, I wouldn't have it on my phone at all. Incredibly limited and buggy, also attempts to sync contacts until I restart my phone. Truly hope they decide to put an effort into the app, because with just a few changes it could be passable.

Only 4 stars because this is not interchangeable with their web site. Frustrating!

A good start but limited. It does not appear able to access surveys.

I have used ConstantContact for years. Do Not like that I can not copy an email I did on desktop on my phone. I want to edit and resend my email. Can Not do thru phone.

Love this app! Much easier to create marketing projects from my phone than my laptop. Easure to navigate too!

Great app

Limited functionality. It's great to see stats from sent campaigns, but that's about it. By the way, I have two active campaigns going on and everytime I open the app, the chart statistics change. I close and open the app and the charts switch places. The data is inconsistent. It would be nice to be able to edit fields such as "from" and header and preheader from the app from campaigns already created on the desktop.

If you've created and sent your campaign using the desktop platform, then this app gives you quick access to reports. But don't try to use it for actually creating a campaign. It is impossible to delete a text or heading block without the app crashing. This includes the default blocks that give instructions on how to use the app itself. Very frustrating! Also sometimes campaigns that you sent out never show up in the app.

A lot of these reviews must be for older versions because the latest version is really quite good. You can't edit every email template but some you can. As a campaign manager, I've used the ability to schedule/unschedule a campaign which has come in handy when waiting for approvals but needing to make a deadline. I also just discovered the ability to log in to multiple accounts which is awesome because I freelance and have more than one clients account that I manage. Download this app if you're using CC!

The cut and paste implementation in this program is the worst I have ever seen in an Android app. It is totally baffling and non-intuitive. So who are your programmers?

I love an app that actually lets me create my business emails from my phone. Other apps I have used in the past only allowed me to view draft emails.

Great for quick advertising, have all pic, logos etc ready to go on your phone. You have to be familiar with desktop version to move around at ease. Fast and easy . Immediate results.!

I love being able to monitor and make small changes when I am away from my computer.

Tried to send the email and no matter what title I used in Subject line, I get a notice "campaign title has already been used."

I would like to use the app to create quick email from a document I copied...however I can't figure out how to paste in the wording....

Keeps my contacts in line for me works great with lead train to keep them on track.

It took a bit too long for the customer support team to answer. However they were nice and helpful. I think that Constant Contact is the nice company.

Wish I could give it a zero. Just edited on chrome and it didn't save any of my changes. Downloaded the app and this junk won't let me edit either. No editing!? Constant contact? Try sometimes contact.

In this day and age $30/month will get you the world from any other email marketing provider! Almost zero mobile/app capabilities! In 2016 I still have to log into a desktop to perform any kind of extensive edits to my campaign! HUGE FAIL!

Impossible to use on my phone

Limited functionality. Please add at least the following: 1)ability to copy and paste (really???? you guys need to be told this???) 2)ability to add social icons to emails (another head-scratcher) 3)ability to edit messages created on web interface 4)ability to manage contacts and contact lists. Add those four, and I'll go up to 4 or 5 stars.

Considering that their desktop platform is at least halfway decent, I was expecting more out of this app. Very poor reporting, limited features, and missing some key and crucial abilities. The reporting aspect is very poor and often doesn't update properly.

I just moved over from the Iphone to Droid format. I really expected much more and the iphone version was much better. Desktop version is great. Kind of hypocritical for CC to be pushing mobile templates but yet, cannot design a decent app.

Please fix your app. Using tablet or phone makes it impossible to edit and send campaigns. Also, tried going to web location with tablet or phone and could not edit as the website is NOT mobile friendly!!!! We pay for this please make it worth. Thinking about switching if not fixed soon.

You can not create or edit an email with this app. The contacts is limited on what you can do. For me and my work, I can not use this app. I am disappointed!
