After confirming by phone they claim reservation was not made by me till I replayed the recording of the conversation with their agent. After that excuse was the system was down and they had manually noted my booking and would send the driver after an hour but he never materialized. A FRAUD SERVICE.

services are lacking. Full scope for improvement. even after booking they ask to repeat all details . You need to call driver and ask whether he got duty details.

The app is not behaving properly. Its very sad.its slow and its not easy to update .you press something it opens some thing. The Driver Service is good. The quality of Driver is not good specially at the time of New Tear. They randonmly send any body aito driver , truck driver. Be care full at peak times...
