Cannot login to my reservations. Useless. Not really the Conrad feel one would hope for

The app is very awesome I have no doubt abt it just makes life more easier.

Keeps saying "server cannot be reached" Also needs too much access to personal information for my liking. For example: why access my files?

Every attempt to open app leads to "cannot connect to server"

The app did not function with any request I needed. Geared for outside the USA travel, and sire that function operates properly. Their first-class service and accommodations are at risk if this app continues to stay active. Take it down, take the $ loss and spend the extra bucks and have a real app for customers. Sad, very sad app.

Thus is junk. Can't connect to server constantly. Each time I stay at a Conrad I try this app again and it has never worked for me.

Won't start. Hangs on Samsung galaxy. Ipad version fails to log in as well. Awful waste so far

An excellent service, very smart. You can you arrage all your requests effortlessly.

Despite me using all correct details this app just says both my hhonours details and also my reservation details are not recognised.

I have a booking tomorrow, nothing shows up. Logged in with hhonors account, nothing. Certain functions in app links to start a browser out of app. This is a dismal attempt at an app.

The app never works. It freezes

The marketing person who convinced the poor manager to spend money on this should be fired. I can't imagine how much the in room commercial cost, alone, but the whole thing is useless. Absolutely useless. This was a waste of money for the hotel. A disaster.

Unresponsive app. Unnecessary splash screens. Cannot request any amenities. Nexus 7 used.

Doesn't work. Crashes every time I try to access the services option.

Unfortunately for me the app crashes every time I choose the "Services" option, then it signs me out. Otherwise it would be a cool app to have use of.

Conrad app doesn't measure up to the quality of the brand. log in using Hilton Honors number. When logging in via confirmation number you can only view that reservation. Have tried on both IPHONE and Android same results. .

Can't log in my booking as I can't even change the booking date. Uninstalling
