The app in general is "ok". But lack of landscape mode is extremely disappointing given that a whole load of people use tablets. If this gets patched, i'll update the review.

I have to open it to receive updates on tickets. Not useful in a mobile environment. I can't see any my saved views. I hate that you have to sync to your database.

Not everything synchs..for instance no open time sheets, but on desktop version - there are 3 open ones. Can't use military time. Can't open projects, just project tickets.

The app is broken. They updated it to be called ConnectwiseManage. I can open it and sign in but when I open a ticket all I get is a black screen. I deleted cache and uninstalled and reinstalled, no go. The app is useless now.

Current version does not work. Cannot open any tickets. Took 3 days for Connectwise to confirm issue and still no timeframe for a resolution.

For some reason the app will not recognize my company ID, despite it working on the desktop version. Re-installing the app sometimes works, but the piont is, I should never have to do that to simply use the damn thing. I have been waiting for almost a year now for them to fix this but so far, nothing. 1 STAR!

All Moto G4 users in our company are unable to add products to tickets. This is a major inconvenience as we need to bill the use of a product to a client. Because we are unable to do this on the App, we have to email Web interface users the serial number of the product so that they can do this for us which is slowing everybody down. It is worth noting that the ability to add products to tickets is found within the ConnectWise app when we try using the App on a different phone, like a Galaxy S6 for example. We have ensured all versions are completely up to date, but still no luck. This looks to be a bug that we really need fixing as our company only uses Moto G4s as company phones.

Had login issue at first, but customer service helped me resolve it. Still missing many needed features like ability to create now configurations.

Great News...CW was able to sort the issue of the crashes with a special patch for both the server side and app through the Play Store....Well Done CW.....all working fine now and no more crashes....brilliant...

Getting better, two main problems: 1) you can't make notes on tickets without being forced to also do a time entry, 2) the app forgets I'm logged in and requires me to login and resynchronise every week or two.

This is the only app on my phone that routinely crashes and forces me to reboot the phone. It was true of my Galaxy S4, and it's true of my LG V30. I love ConnectWise, but in the 5 years I have used it, the mobile app has always been a joke, and only cosmetic changes have been made in that time. Shameful.

It's finally acceptable. Rarely I lose data. Two possible improvements: I cannot add a new config to a company. Resource status does not show up, we use tentative status for unconfirmed appointments but in the mobile app they appear the same as firm appointments.

It's 2017, we've been with CW for 3 years and it's still the same limitations. You guys have a long way to go and it seems in 3 years time you've gone no where in terms of functionality. I can't see why anyone would bother with more than 1 star knowing its limitations, chrome browser on my phone using the website allows me to attempt to accomplish tasks this app simply can't do.

Would be perfect if I could view quotes via mobile app! There is no quosal app or other apps I can find to view via apps and web client is not working on my chrome app :(

I would like it much better if I could paste in the anvil soft token from the clipboard into the appropriate field. You can't switch back and forth between the token and the app because the token resets. Anvil lets you copy to the clipboard, but Connectwise Mobile doesn't let you paste it in. Because of that, the app is useless to me.

Nearly every time I submit my notes and send a session through the stopwatch, I get an email about a time sync error and have to forward the email (that contains all of my notes and time info) to my service manager.

Unusable as a ticket manager. Takes forever to load ticket details, can't pull up a list of clients to edit a ticket . How am I going to know random ids? No usable client search feature. Had to use the web to even set passwords and update my profile. Ticket update process is tied to time stamps so I can't even make notes without a time entry.

Great for putting time in, otherwise missing a lot of features from the web version. Inability to see the project or service board to manage tickets is a big one.

Another 1 star rating 3 years later. I am unable to use this app, as it crashes on the Android platform. Judging by the (1☆) reviews below, your team has a lot of work to do and fast!

How can this app still be so bad after all this time? I guess I'm not surprised, Connectwise on the desktop is pretty terrible as well, but they somehow managed to make it worse on Android. If they spent half as much time actually developing this app as they do contacting people to leave bad reviews, the app might actually get better. Here's a hint, hire Android developers. This app is stuck in 2011, at best.

I have always defended the app even though it has short comings and can be difficult to use. Now I can not even use it at all. Keep getting can not verify errors so it is useless.

Application is terrible called support multiple times, reinstalled multiple times and yet the expense pictures continue to be missing even though it's shows it in there on the phone.

The barcode scanner is unusable. It doesn't ready many barcode formats and is quick to return a code when nothing is showing. Just now I scanned grass and literally less than a second later it returned a number. This would be forgivable if the app was free with a server license, but how can you charge additional cost and have an inferior product.?

Marginally better after updates... Still bad. The one real functionality this needs to make it useable is the ability to sort tickets and create filtered view of tickets...I guess what else would we have to talk about at lunch during the user groups if we didn't have our shared hatred of this app though!

It is literally the worst app I have ever used on a smartphone. If you release software that you are essentially running your business on, you can't have something that loses time entries, notes entries, loses calendar sync, and crashes all the time. I would have better luck with pen and paper running the business. These issues have occurred across multiple users and multiple devices. Do us all a favor and either fix it or remove it from the marketplace because it's clearly not fit for duty

You cannot expect good reviews when you don't even support typing in landscape mode. Seriously... Have any of these developers ever used a smartphone?

Very limited usefulness. Basic functions like sorting and views don't exist. Opening a record and going back does not take you to the previous location in the same, unfiltered, unsorted list. If you can find the ticket you're looking for, doing some basic data entry may work but good luck finding what you need.
