Been using this app for about a year. Managed to get past the unintuitive, poorly designed UI (even the incredibly flakey date selector - jumps about all over the place). This week the app has been updated and I had to use the phone IVR to pay for parking because the app now crashes every time you try and buy parking or view VAT receipts.

Crashes upon log on...has this been tested? Not helpful when the primary method to pay is via the app and the machine does not accept payment. Just hope my car does not get fined!

Get some testers guys! Buy again throws an error, enter location code throws an error, cannot pay for parking at all due to errors. Please issue the previous version as a new version so we can all update again

Can't buy parking anymore. They've even broken the feedback option. Error message gives a local psth on their jenkins server... Rubbish. I'm going to end up with a parking ticket. Thanks!

Rubbish app rubbish service

Tried installing and registering for the second time now and it still doesn't work. Please sort it out - paying via an app is so much easier than having to phone up all the time. It should be a simple thing to sort out. It shouldn't matter that someone has used the same details by phone previously.

Really? I spent time setting everything up only to be told I've put in the wrong password. Thinking maybe I had, I attempted to reset it. Low and behold my email address wasn't in the system, and I missed my train because I couldn't pay for parking. Emailed them. No reply.

I'm clearly in the minority here but used it yesterday and worked fine. Allowed me to change vehicles after payment as I had chosen wrong one by mistake.

Cannot register as have paid on the phone before. Asks for vehicle number and when i type that it says login error please try again later ! This is going on for over 2 months now !!

Like the rest of their systems it's a total pain to use. Nothing is straightforward

Didn't have any problems - it just worked.

Utter rubbish

It takes effort to produce an app this bad. I live with the unintuitive interface as I can get by week to week. Change Vehicle no longer works though.

As soon as you try to open the location code to enter it you get system Error. Time they sacked the developers as complete waste of space.

Can't connect and pay for parking

Like everyone else has posted, useless. It at least recognised me after I registered through the website but keeps rejecting my payment.

Can't buy parking (system error) on an app whose sole reason for existence is for me to buy parking. Not useful.

Can't do anything with it. Useless error messages. Seems a waste of time. A concern considering my local council is moving to this from Ringgo.

After login, app closes immediately.

Wrote this already but it's gone! Go to settings... Apps... Permissions and enable location. Then try app. May need to switch on GPS once at least.

I log in with my acxount and itvcrashes immediately, pointless app, dont bother.

Just crashes after startup

I really hope you're reading these reviews telling you that your app is broken and working on a fix. The main problem is that after selecting a location, the "select duration" screen is coming up blank and there's no way to proceed. VAT receipts also errors. I had to buy by selecting to "park again" but then had to extend by sms as I needed an extra day this time. Now I know about the sms interface I'll probably use that next time as it's much easier anyway.

Like others here latest update renders the app useless. Would email support but last time the response was of no use and slow. Back to coins in the morning for my parking

I suggest you get a better tester team to work in this app before you release any further updates. So many problems and now just crashes when you open it.

Good when it works but always one issue after the next. Currently getting, no network connection error, when I've got 4G coverage.
