Wodify

Great service and great product DESERVES a great logo. I work in the branding industry and I completely understand having to rebrand to keep up with the times, but it's like the old saying goes... "If it ain't broke don't fix it". The old logo looked awesome and it made sense. This one looks like a kid got hold of some tape and went to town.

Probably the most clunky app on my phone. UI is laborious. Clicking different parts of workout in whiteboard requires you click letters not whole bar. Back button functionality could use work. Generally feels like the company is more interested in making money off the back end of boxes than serving the athletes.

This version of the app seems to always display an error on my Galaxy 6 edge: "There was an error processing your request. Please try again later...". I think this occurs mostly if the app has been paused for a longer period. I am constantly having to completely close the app and then reopen to view the WOD.

The app is useful for storage of your WODs and workouts but the functionality is not so good. Hey wodify why can't I see the leaderboard on my app but only a computer. Come on you guys release a new version and bring it up to higher standards. Make it faster make it to where a page doesn't reset if I go to a different screen on my phone.

Worked fine til a couple months ago. Now the whiteboard is crappy. Only shows the name, no pic, and no description!! The only way to see it is to click like your going to comment. Dumb! I did the update, didn't fix it. I like that it stores all my wods and such, but in this day and age seems as though you could improve the performance.

This is the worst app experience on my phone. Performance is comparable to streaming Interstellar in 4k via a dial-up internet connection. The move to AWS and the new app has not helped anything.

I can't see the whiteboard. The pictures don't load so I can't see scores and have to click on each person individually to see their scores. Annoying. I've uninstalled and restarted my phone multiple times. Doesn't work. Viewing on a computer works just not in the app.

Old logo was much easier to distinguish on a busy phone, how can we switch back? New one lacks good design sense and originality, your just a clone of all the other letter logos now!!!

This app used to work great on my Galaxy s5 active. With the latest update the whiteboard is messed up, can't see profile pics and it clips off the scores. They are aware of the issue but no time line on a fix

Buggy, slow, and clunky with improvement to be done. With such a big user group it's a shame it doesn't work fluidly.

Seems to run everything through a browser and constantly errors if your internet is slow. Also the app is very slow and poorly laid out. Desktop features don't match app features

Lately I keep getting an error message every single time I open the app. Im able to use it every tenth time. What is happening?

When I first got this app it worked great displaying people's times and pictures on the Whiteboard section. Now it won't show pictures and it's missing data and I have a hard time pulling up other people's times on the Whiteboard section

For a few weeks, the application would not update and it was stuck on the same workout for weeks. Now, the application does not load. It keeps suggesting that I contact systems administrator.

This version doesn't allow phone notifications like the old version. It only notifies me via email if someone has liked or commented on my results . Samsung Galaxy 7

Does the job but I have some improvement suggestions: 1. Enable a calendar view: to remind myself on whether I have booked a class, I have to check each day, one day at a time, also selecting "all classes" in case I have booked different types (my box offers numerous different class types). It would be great to be able to see my weekly calendar for easier reference. 2. Enable reminders: it would be useful to enable app reminders popping up on my phone screen e.g. 12/24h or 24h AND 12h before my class to ensure I don't forget it. 3. Would be good to see how many class passes I have used in any given period (e.g. last 30 days/ current calendar month) to enable me track my activity (if say I am aiming to to 3 classes on average per week).

Great concept but it has a lot of display issues. The profile pictures don't work properly and the whiteboard is messed up.

I have wiped my phone completely install re-install...does not work. It did until two months ago.

Slow, clunky, lots of down time. Since last update the whiteboard interface is overlayed with the guys and girls selection and the wod results. Looks like they've really neglected Android dev.

I don't know what was updated recently, but I'm constantly getting connection issues with the latest version. Even after force stopping the app and opening it again. Please fix this, as it's making it almost unusable.

I hate this app. It's so slow and hangs all the time. It also seems to default back to the day before for my crossfit gym's workouts which is annoying.

App not well realized, it is a marginal part of what it is from browser, and please add a coefficient for scores based also on weight for metcon, not just Rx/not Rx and time

No athlete pics. Screen is all jumbled. Uninstalled and will just log in through my phone browser.

Lay out and function are archaic.

It's too slow and even unresponsive sometimes.

Can't upload a profile pic for Samsung Note 5. I know others have this problem too. Also same note as others with performance history, a star or change of colour would be helpful to mark which movement has results against it so it's not so hard to find data. Also couldn't use same log in or import data switching gyms...

The design of this app makes no sense to me. There is replicated information all over the place. It seems to be that TodaysWOD, Class Schedule, Add Results and Whiteboard could all, with a little design planning, be combined into one or two screens.

The only problem I've encountered with the app is that I don't have the option to like or comment on other athletes performance, or view comments I've received. I do, however, still receive email notifications when my performances have been liked.

Can't upload profile pic. Saw a review from Jan 2015 complaining about this and a response that they were working on it. I know, can't expect something to be fixed a mere 17 months later. I should be more patient.

Our box stays connected, giving likes on performances, commenting on prs or talking trash to friends. Easy to use interface. Estimates on prs dont seem to be accurate. And wont let me up load profile pic. I do recommend this app

Works but serious UX work is neded. For example: - Cannot "sign in" to classes in the past (which were scheduled via the app) - Cannot see all existing performance history. Must click on 100's of items 1 by 1 and see "no performance history' message until find one that has data. Really. - History over time does not include point just added, must go to "performance history" and re-search the same thing again - Choice of movements is somewhat random - have "pull-ups" but not "strict pull-ups" (or conversely kipping pull-ups) - No use made of sub-categories, all lists are flat and contain lots of items etc. etc. etc.

Overall it's def the best Xfit app on the market, however, one feature that would be nice is if you look at your performance history and past metrics I would like it to only display the workouts and lifts that you actually have data for, otherwise your stuck having to scroll through through a ton of lifts and workouts that you may have or haven't done before.

LOVE this app. BUT it desperately needs an update/bug fix. Can't upload new profile picture. When adding results, it says "Saved!" over and over and over,etc again before letting you move on. Several other things that needs fixed also. I'm not the only one having these problems. Friends with iPhone having same issues. I have an Android...the Samsung Galaxy 5.

Install failed! (on vzw SGNote4 w/ Android 5.0.1) Wodify has been VERY good to me in general, and waited eagerly to move from web shortcut to legit app ...still eagerly waiting I guess. I apologize, I would go through app support but obviously I can't if the app won't even install. (However it appears the Wodify- P.O.S. app installed and runs just fine.)
