Gesture Control - Next level navigation for Android
Works brilliantly with Nova Launcher on Samsung Galaxy S8 if you hide the nav bar in Nova Settings. It takes a bit of fiddling to get right (I recommend high sensitivity for more responsiveness) I have swipe up for Home, Left for Back and Right for recent apps. There is however a small problem, when watching a video on a Web page in Chrome in landscape mode - the home bar flashes up briefly, slightly obscuring the video.
Idea is perfect, specially for big phones like HTC desire 820, looks perfect but I thought it will stop nav bar also from showing up, because when I was swiping home it was showing again and not working.Good idea would be able to change the position of bar to let's say right side of screen on right "wall" and swipe left for example back, up=home down=recent apps. If you'll figure it out then I'm for sure switching here. Because it would be ultimate app. But by far I'm staying with simply J Touch, which also bothers a lot and I like this idea way better.
Almost perfect. I was using All in One Gestures before this, but I wanted the iPhone X gesture bar and this is perfect. It is not as sensitive as All in One Gestures, which I can yet tell which I prefer. Only feature missing is Input Method! I hope that can be implemented in the next update.
It's hard to evaluate this app. All of the features that are useful are in pro version. The features in the free version are not something I use at all. These kind of app are all about convenience and efficiency, which I cannot evaluate since the free features are useless to me. I'd rather have full version for a limited time than a limited version that is useless forever. It seems to work, but I can't say I want to use it daily.
Not compatible with phones that have secure startup enabled. Additionally, during the short time the app was installed on my phone, everything was sluggish and somewhat unresponsive. I'm not rating it as a one star, because I really the idea of the app.
Love it! Can you add an option so that the bar changes colour to black or white according the the background?
I like it, but can we get animations (nav bar moves when you swipe), and color change based on context. I will buy pro for these features.
It's an amazing app! I wish the bar was able to change from black and white depending on the app you are in, I'm not sure if that's possible, but if it is that would be an awesome feature.
Doesn't work on Oreo 8.1(at least it seems so... Short gestures doesn't work, only hold one's do)
Awesome, install this to replace all in one gesture (too many permission) turn out this is even better, Need side sensor bar, and ALT TAB, for faster multitasking, well done dev
Works well on LG G6 with LineageOS 14.1. Only suggestion to developer is to add "lock" in basic actions.
Great! It works exactly like the iPhone X ))
Suggestion please implement the previous app action.
Truly gives iPhone x navigation experience
IPHONE X
very innovative...& works so perfect
Good work
Could you find a way to make full screen and keep our on screen navigation gone I have seen apps that do it but if we have no on screen navigation other than the bar it would make so much sense and maybe make it to where instead of using androids multi window the app uses its own multi window
great app! definitely need a learning curve to adapt the gesture, which I am working hard right now Please update so that it is more compatible with keyboard
Works pretty well, but most of the times it's a challenge with swiping left or right to work on the first attempt. Swiping up is neat though!
Quite cool!
Working perfectly for me. Loving it so far! Though the half up gesture doesnt seem to work. Also, Can you add an animation for when the line disappears? It looks a bit weird for it to disappear like that with no for example fading out animation. Overall, It's absolutely amazing!Edit:i actually got the half up gesture immediately after posting the comment xD I will be looking forward to future updates!
This is awesome, and replaced my stock samsung nav bar perfectly (I removed it with some apk off of xda). I would give it 5 stars, but the bar disappears abruptly, without any animation and appears when the keyboard is open, and sometimes I miss it but that's just me being picky. Brilliant replacement for the default nav bar, just needs some polish since navigation buttons are such a prominent part of a phone's interface.
A great idea, but simply too unresponsive to make it useable. I often find myself having to keep swiping until the action activates. I'm using a Galaxy S8 and had the navbar disabled via an XDA mod. I want to like this app, but the lack of accuracy and small but annoying delay make it a chore to use. The options are very good.
This app needs to fix a few problems. We need an option to hide the bar behind keyboard. Also we need an option to change the swipe distance needed to recognize a swipe as a gesture. I hate having to swipe a huge distance to go back. Also we need an option to be able to click elements in apps behind the bar just like in YouTube.
I tried all other gestures app from the play store that tried to do gestures but they all failed to work on a note 8 . This gestures control app works perfectly on a note 8. The best of all is this gestures control app is FREE and it does not use administration permission ( I don't like apps that uses administration permission) I also don't like apps that turn off secure start-up ( when the phone powers up) Can't really think of any features I would request but if I do come up with a feature that I would like to be included in this app , I will edit this review and put a request for that features.
Almost perfect. Giving 5 stars for great effort. Thank you. I just want to be able to adjust the height even higher than the defaults. I have a problem with the lower positions of the bar because I'm hiding my navigation bar on my note 8 and sometimes it pulls up the navigation bar instead of activating the gesture bar. Problem with the highest position is that on apps like Spotify and Instagram it renders the middle bottom button (search or post) useless. Because that spot is taken up by the gesture bar. If I can raise the gesture bar like 5 mm higher I would be eternally grateful.
Working very well. It would be nice if the bar was a little wider. Also feels like the swipe up is less responsive than to the sides.
If you want close to iphone x experience look no further, this app do exactly that you want for free
Very good app. The down side is when it's activated I cant write a message cause the bar gets in front of the keyboard so the space bar doesn't work...
App works well, please add option to increase sensitivity & auto disable the bar when keyboard is being used since the navigation bar will appear.
Pretty good. One appearance issue: the bar is not perfectly centered
Great. Adding the ability to run shortcuts is really useful.Compatibility with the app "quick shortcut maker" will turn this app to second to none.
It would be useful to have an action to lock the screen, as other apps do.
This seems to be the only reasonable gesture based app.
Please add volume and brightness.
Its ok. I just cant seem to get the back gesture to always work on the Note 8. I need to do it alot before i get it to do the back gesture which I use alot more than the swipe up.
just what I was looking for... except on the side, for which support isn't available. it would be nice if you were to make a side version of this app.
Uninstall it, after back button gesture not work sooo many times (swipe left, up, right).

I'm impressed. Not only does it work exactly as it should, but there doesn't seem to be any delay from registering a gesture, to performing an action. If you want iPhone X-esque gestures, this is the closest thing to it. Gesture based navigation should be standard across Android. Works if you have software buttons, too. But works especially well when you don't have em, then you really get a full-screen feel. Great job, devs!
