The app is slow and takes you to the website which is not optimized for mobile devices. It would be great if the checkout system saved payment info and delivery instructions, and if the order tracker saved your contact info and automatically sent updates without signing up.

The Dude is the best in the city, HANDS DOWN!!! The customer service was outstanding they made me feel like a friend more than a customer. I recommend anyone who living in the city to check out the dude. And really think about it you can get Fox Bros, El Myr or EATS delivered to you asap...come on!
