تأسس باند نيفر داون عام 2010 في مدينة المنصورة وكان صاحب الفكرة احمد عادل وكانت فكرة الباند تقوم على دمج اللون والغناء الغربي باللون والغناء الشرقي
وقدظهر الفريق على الساحة من خلال اللون المختلف الذي يقدمه وقام بإحساء العديد من الحفلات وعددهم 187 حفلة وخلال هذه الفترة قام الفريق بطرح 4 البومات اخرها ميني البوم (ايام بتعدي)
ويعتمد الفريق اعتمادا كليا على نفسه في كتابة الكلمات والالحان حيث يقووم احمد عادل مؤسس الباند بالكتابة والتلحين وعرضها على الباند للوصول لأفضل تعديلات في الالحان والكلمات Band was founded Nievre Down in 2010 in the city of Mansoura His idea was Ahmed Adel and was Alband idea is based on the integration of color and singing western painted the eastern and singing
