Bakım Anlaşması
Yıllık veya kısa süreli anlaşma yapılarak, periyodik kontrol, sınırsız servis, servis önceliği, özel alış fiyatları gibi ayrıcalıklara sahip olabilirsiniz.

İnternet Kurulumu
Adsl, kablonet ve diğer internet sağlayıcıları kullanılarak mevcut sistemin internete çıkışı sağlanır.

Virüs Temizleme
Gerekli programlar kullanılarak ve sistem yönetim uygulamaları incelenerek bilgisayardaki virüsler tespit edilir, sonrasında mümkün olduğunca dosyalara zarar vermeden virüs temizliği gerçekleşir ve sistem çalışır halde teslim edilir.

Ağ Kurulumu
Ofisinizde veya evinizdeki birden fazla bilgisayarın kablolu veya kablosuz yöntemler ile sürücü, dosya, yazıcı ve benzeri aygıt ve donanımlarını ortak kullanıma açma işlemi içerir.

Parça Değişimi
Bilgisayarın üzerindeki arızalı paçanın tespit edilmesi ve çalışan parça ile değiştirilmesi veya yeni bir parçanın montaj ve sistem üzerinde çalışır hale getirilmesi işlemini içerir.

Formatlama İşlemi
Sistem üzerindeki önemli dosyaların yedek alındıktan sonra diskin tamamını temizleyip fabrika çıkış haline getirilmesi ve sonrasında gerekli işletim sistemi ve diğer programların kurularak yedek dosyaların geri alınması işlemini içerir.

İşletim Sistemi Kurulumu
Lisanslı programlara kullanılarak bilgisayarın işletim sitemi kurulur ve sistem üzerindeki ekran karı, ss kartı gibi aygıtların çalışırlılığı sağlanır.
