Started out great. Now for no reasons given rejects tickets on a regular basis. . When inquiry on why they only say call 811.. I get more to go through when I input after hrs.. what a joke!

Glad NC is jumping in with some new age functionality. Useful for homeowners and contractors around the neighborhood. I work in road construction. Would be more useful if Newtin ticket entry was baked in. However, I can tell my Supers to pull it up and search for tickets to check the latest before they dig.
