The Holy Qur’an Memorization International (HQMI) Organization aims to teach the Muslims how to memorize the Noble Qur'an, and perfect its memorization, attaching special importance to Qur’an Sciences, inculcating the verses of the Noble Qur’an into the Muslim generations, making them comprehend their meanings and the wise denotations lurking behind them, in addition to the development of teaching techniques thereof throughout the world.

The Organization aims to contribute to and take part in serving and developing the human society by devoting and exerting all efforts to teach the Noble Qur’an, and helping Muslims to memorize and comprehend the Holy Qur’an verses and apply the rulings and teachings of the Qur’an verses by virtue of the Organizations’s unique institutional activities.
