La Municipalidad Provincial de Arequipa, en homenaje al CDLXXV Aniversario de la Fundación Española de Arequipa, presenta el PROGRAMA OFICIAL DE FESTEJOS DE LA CIUDAD 2015, incidiendo en la calidad de sus eventos que proyecta a la vez, la belleza y el encanto de sus artistas, en singular identificación con su amor a la amada tierra arequipeña.
La campiña, el sillar, los usos y costumbres, son la expresión viva de nuestra identidad, que nos inspira y alienta para ofertar un conjunto de eventos que nos interrelacionan con nuestro pueblo y el inmenso colectivo mundial, en la dinámica de la relación multicultural de intensa convivencia proyectada a que los visitantes a nuestra tierra volcánica, renueven su compromiso de volver y revitalizarse con su gente acogedora, para hacer más bella su propia vida.
Estamos seguros, que los visitantes retornarán, con el sabor de volver a vivir, y recomendar nuestros tesoros; y tengamos la posibilidad de compartir juntos y celebrar una fiesta de amistad, confraternidad y algarabía, porque en “Agosto Arequipa es Fiesta”.

The countryside, the ashlar, the customs, are the living expression of our identity, which inspires and encourages us to offer a set of events that we interact with our people and the global collective immense dynamics of multicultural relationship intense coexistence projected visitors to our volcanic soil, renew their commitment to return and revitalize with its friendly people, to make their lives more beautiful.
We are sure that visitors will return, with the taste of living again, and recommend our treasures; and we have the ability to share together and celebrate a friendship, fellowship and noise, because in "August Arequipa Fiesta".
