Great gear, terrible customer servive, double billed with no help

Love this app thanks

Gave them plenty of chances to respond to 3 different issues not one response and the 2 of the issues were to exchange or send replacement straps for a brand new purchased back packs what were both damaged !

When you get your order, it's fine but they charge your card, don't send everything, refuse to answer any questions about the things they didn't send but have their money for. They were out of one color of a item I ordered. They informed me it was out of stock and do I want to cancel or wait. I've asked for it in a different color, no answer. Part of my order shipped and it came in and guess what, something I ordered TWO of, I only got one. Email or call, customer service line, no one is ever there, ever.

Cant stand the constant pop ups.

If you love traveling, the outdoors and good deals, the National Parks Depot app is great! There are beautiful pics, ways to be social and (my favorite) shopping! I even got a coupon code for downloading the app!
