مشروع فكري عربي، يسعى لتقديم دراسات متخصصة على يد أكاديميين في العلوم الاجتماعية، تتناول الأوضاع السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية للوطن العربي ومحيطه الإقليمي، وما يمسه من سياسات دولية. ويشكل منارة جديدة تتعامل مع الحدث السياسي بآليات تحليلية معاصرة، معتمداً على نخب شابة من معظم الدول العربية، تتميز بنشاطها الفكري النقدي والمتحرر من قيود الإيديولوجيات والأنظمة السياسية. كما يسعى المركز لرفد المكتبة العربية، بترجمات حديثة لأهم ما يكتب في اللغة الإنجليزية والفارسية حول الوطن العربي، في سبيل تنشيط حركة الترجمة العربية، إصافة إلى تقديم عروض لأبرز الكتب الحديثة.

وإذ يرحب المركز بالمشاركات البحثية الواردة إليه، إلا أنه ينوه إلى ضرورة الالتزام بالمعايير المهنية في الكتابة العلمية، لناحية اللغة العربية المتقنة، والإسناد المرجعي، والابتعاد عن لغة التحريض والإساءة لأي كان، وأن يتراوح حجمها بين (1500-3000) كلمة. كما يستقبل المركز مشاركاتكم في مجال الترجمة، على أن تلتزم بدقة لغتها العربية، ومطابقتها للنص المترجم، مع إرسال النص الأصلي أو رابطه. كما يرحب المركز بمشاركاتكم في مجال المقالات على أن تلتزم بذات المعايير المهنية، وأن يتراوح حجمها بين (600-1000) كلمة، وألّا تقل قراءة الكتب عن (1500) كلمة، وعلى ألا يتجاوز تاريخ إصدار الكتاب ثلاث سنوات خلت.
