As a Health and Wellness coach, my mission is to provide each of my clients with diverse health wellness life balance direction that is culturally sensitive. Coaching my clients with setting goals that are attainable is my passion.

My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions of good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding. I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.

I guide all my clients in identifying the foods and lifestyle choices that best support them. I help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.
