Torna-se uma instituição de referência no desenvolvimento, articulação e fortalecimento dos setores criativos até 2015.

Com a missão de atuar em forma coordenada com a Secretaria Estado de Cultura de Mato Grosso – SEC/MT à promoção de ações de fortalecimento e inovação tendo como eixos os aspectos de inclusão social, sustentabilidade e diversidade cultural dos agentes da economia criativa.O objetivo principal da Incubadora e propiciar estímulos aos negócios criativos por meio de ações de capacitação, consultoria, assessorias técnicas e parcerias institucionais. A Incubadora Mato Grosso Criativo definiu como visão: tornar-se uma instituição e referência no desenvolvimento, articulação e fortalecimento nos setores criativos em Mato Grosso.O atendimento do escritório é de segunda a sexta-feira, das 13h às 19h, na sede localizada à avenida Presidente Getúlio Vargas, 247, Centro Norte, em Cuiabá/MT.
