É produzida através de um processo artesanal na região de Carnaubal-CE, na Serra Grande, onde é feito o processo de moagem, fermentação e destilação. Depois é levada para as Fazendas Libanus, em Paracuru-CE, para envelhecimento e engarrafamento.

A cachaça Cedro do Líbano Premium é envelhecida em barris de carvalho norte-americano no período de um a três anos tempo que leva para obter a cor, o sabor e o aroma amadeirado, ideal para ser degustada pura e em temperatura ambiente. It is produced through a handmade process in the region of EC-Carnforth, Sierra Grande, where it made the process of milling, fermentation and distillation. Then is taken to the Farms Libanus in Paracuru-EC for aging and bottling.

The Lebanon Cedar Premium rum is aged in barrels of American oak in the period of one to three years time it takes to get the color, flavor and woody aroma, ideal to be sipped neat and at room temperature.
