Worst service ever and people working over there are highly unprofessional. Riders please be careful when you are returning bikes to them. They will always try to take more money from you . And bike performance was not at all good. I booked Enfield classic from them and it was giving an average mileage around 15.

This is pathetic , not even single bike/scooter/bicycles are available, oh man, if I select date/time & click on let's ride... it's showing something went wrong/ bikes are not available for selected dates , I even tried for weekdays/weekends/monthend.... but unfortunately I didn't get, please look into this Rent on Go and please make necessary adjustments for the same. ALL THE BEST

1. Selected a bike and proceeded to make a payment. The cost was always shown as 0 and I was unable to make a payment. Lost hope and gave up renting the bike that time. 2. Openened the app after a month, now I am unable to even change the date for renting the bike. :(

Booked 350 CC Bulket from Transline Pune vendor, but after reaching there since 350 CC was not available we had to take 500 CC by paying Rs600 extra which was not a very big deal as 500 CC bike was in good condition, however what really inappropriate was denying us a helmet.Vendor said they don't have any helmet and it's okay to drive in Pune without helmet which was very unprofessional and disregard to the laws. Ended up buying helmet from my own pocket over an already costly rental of Rs 1500 per day

I have regularly used the app to book bikes for 200-300km rides in Bangalore. I have really liked the service and the bikes have been in good road conditions. I guess the app now has fixed some ui issues. But I hope they can provide bikes earlier than 9am.

Although it's a good concept however to bring this to reality their app and website both are simply scrap. None of this work properly. I struggled for nearly an to find a two wheeler on both, their app as well as website but are worst in competition of each other. At last I just had to drop this idea and switched to another app which was of same concept.

I had booked an rc390 for 16th July 9am to 9pm . On 15th july The app from which I booked the vehicle mentioned that I was going to receive an "conformation" and received a payment of 2300 rupees. I was waiting for the conformation message which I did not receive And I was calling for ur customer care from morning 7.25 am till 9am (16th july) the person who works there receives the call at 9.25 and tell me that I would get "confirmation mail" I have the screen shot of this bullshit scam of ur services

I searched for the bikes for three to four days continuously and there was not even one bike i found and later it is showing that currently the bikes are unavailable

Awesome app for booking any gear or non-gear bike on rent in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai,Pune and Mysore. Please start this service in Delhi and Delhi NCR.

It shows me 'something went wrong' all the time i enter dates to find my ride.

Either mention bikes not available in Hyderabad. No matter which date I select it always says all bikes are out of stock !!!!
