Worst app ever. I hope Google introduces negative review concept to justify rating this app. Stay away!

Worst workplace app ever. Try long pressing on a days booking to delete and it will remove the entire series of bookings. No floor plans available so good luck finding the desk you booked. Most unintuitive setup process (can you remember your companies condeco specific URL?)

Requires to relogin every time to refresh the status and check in. You better hire good product manager and fix this crappy app

Just like all other user comments. This is completely not fit for purpose. Crashes pretty much every time during a normal use on a samsung mobile. I thought that web browser based Condeo system was pretty bad until I installed this. It's an absolute rubbish. Did anyone actually test it? Cant believe thise big companies use Condeco services.. it's an absolute time waste using both web browser & mobile app version.

This app is completely missing in key functionality. Issues: 1) It will not let you check-in to a reservation. You can book a reservation, you can delete a reservation, but you cannot check-in. If you want to check-in, you have to switch to the webpage which is not mobile-friendly--huge frames on a little screen like those old web pages before people knew how to do it properly. 2) It does not properly sync with the server when you open it. If you have a reservation and you don't check in through the webpage, and it is released for someone else to book, the app continues to display "Available for check-in". If you try to delete it, it says error and does not remove it. I would advise based on these issues that companies considering Condeco to consider doing otherwise as the care and quality that went into this app is in my opinion, non-existent, and it may very well carry over into their other products.

Absolute garbage. Rarely can I log in. Definitely not in the mornings. Cannot rely on it to work. This app and Condeco booking system. Is unfit for purpose

Have not been able to get it to work. Restarted several times, just sticks on "Connecting" screen and nothing more happens.

Terrible. Have been 'upgraded' to this app, but the old one was so much better.

This app lies about bookings and availability and when it randomly works there is no layout plan so you have to book a desk from its number. Never fails to get me to start my day freeling grumpy and frustrated. Avoid avoid avoid.

Very poor app. Every action you do have to be done at least once because the first time will return a "problem with the server". Shows desks that are free but when booking it says it may not be available, and it happens even if you search for desks again.

Unbeleivable that companies sign up to this. This app actually gets worse and more unstable every time i use it. Last version was poor but at least worked

flaky as hell. reinstalled several times now hard to believe that someone would allow this to be available if they had any professional pride.

Let me add to the long list of complaints with this app. Our company has switched to "desk hoteling" and are using this companies system to book desks. The app was written by contractors for enterprise use, which means they worked just hard enough to claim they have an app and get paid from their enterprise clients. It crashes constantly and worse it takes for ever to refresh to find a new desk or check in. I have sat there for 15 to 20 minutes constantly swiping to refresh only to get that same bloody red problem with the server message. Some people at work have lost the desks they booked because the app is so incapable of securing a desk before 9am. This app was built by people waiting to get paid. Once they got paid they no longer cared.

It just doesn't allow me to login - despite entering correct details. Please fix this..

Crashes and doesn't work at all well. Can't see whether you've checked in to a desk and can't book more than a day in advance. Must do better!

Blatantly full of the kind of bugs that are indicative of a total lack of testing. Both the latest version and this version error on login.
