Garbage app for submitting expenses. It duplicated every expense I attached a receipt to. So I have twice the expenses I should and still can't attach receipts to the original ones. Can't delete any of the expenses either. Pathetic.

The Concur app is amazing. The fact that I can take pictures either on my phone or even on the app itself and put them straight onto my expense report makes life so much easier. Definitely the easiest way to stay organized with business travel. Great app!

Been Using Concur for about 5 months to maintain mileage and financial expenses. Easy to use, great support, and the forms define basically all the needed information for documentation. Great App.

Decent app but has some limitations compared to the desktop website.

Please remove the screen lock requirements for the phone. I dont want to have to unlock my phone constantly just so i can use your app. If you want security add a security feature for your app like all of my other apps have. A fingerprint scanner would be nice but i would rather have to log in to your app every time than log into my phone every time i need to make a phone call. Currently i change me screen lock settings, do what i need to do and then change my settings back. Its a waste of time.

Doesn't work on rooted devices. I write apps so all my devices are rooted... On the same device I can sign in and use their website just fine though. Stupid and pointless restriction, app and site do the same thing so why block devices?

Much much slower than SAP. Used to just scan in all receipts at once and add comments, all on one page. Now you have about 8 interactive loading boxes for every transaction. Perfect example of a modern shiny app that just adds a lot of bloat

Freezes up sometimes and won't let you submit reports till another day and you have to start over. Also attaching a receipt is confusing they have multiple places to attach and corporate can only see some of those places. But it's not to bad. Beats having to use a desktop so it saves lots of time

No default settings for GBP or tax reciepts, fuel purchased in UK comes up as taxi, airfare, kitchen appliances in any random currency. Hopeless. Now it makes me lock my phone, I do not want to lock it.

This is ridiculous! Should not be so hard to use when instructions are followed. However, your instructions appear to be poorly managed and don't follow actual occuances and events!

Better than submitting expenses via Excel! But workflow and UI a little confusing - why does it have an "import" option for within the app? Should say "assign".

Two things needed. Upon entering an expense within a claim, it doesn't auto refresh. You need to exit the claim, in order for the expense to reflect. Second, the auto crop feature when scanning a receipt needs to be introduced as done on IOS.

Latest update messed up my captured receipts. Made them into an expense and can't undo it. Does anyone beta test this before releasing. Not lowering my 3 star rating. But it is a mess now.

I'm an approver who often has to review numerous reports in a day. It's easy to use and allows the user to validate multiple data points quickly with confidence. I look forward to using it more for travel expense tracking and real time receipt entry. Great app!

I am experiencing intermittent issues when submitting expenses whereby after a second or third submittion, app gives me an error message to contact the administrator. I've contacted developers through the app, but no reply. Tried to reinstall but keeps happening any ideas?

The App worked well for awhile and then it locked me out and wouldn't let me back in. Lost my data. No response to attempted password resets. No idea who to call to salvage my account or my data.

Good app. I do wish it was able to make appointments into a calendar as a reminder of hotel bookings. My work life runs around my calendar for appointments so having them put into it would make it easier to see when I have a booking.

Approvals no longer show up. Useless app.

Please add arrows on "date" heading so you can toggle quicker for dates. Also please add a predictive function for each heading i.e comments, supplier etc. Will help prevent typing the same old thing out over and over again. Yes I know you can use the phones' clipboard but sometimes it isn't efficient. Other than that, good app. Added 5th Dec 2017: When you add an expense with an attached receipt to a claim, why does the receipt status tab say "no receipt" despite having one attached? Absolute nightmare seiving through over a hundred expenses just to change the receipt status tab to "receipt" everytime you go away for work. Please sort this out!!!

Very user friendly app saves you a ton of paperwork and make your life simple with easy expense organisation and management. Simply love it, i don't need to carry any of my receipts just take a pic.

When trying to save a claim it keeps throwing an error, very irritating! only way to submit an expense is through my laptop

So much easier than scanning receipts! Can generate, populate, and complete expense reports in a fraction of the time.

App is not secure and forces you to protect their failure.

Great to enter expenses in the field but it's clunky that it doesn't recall previous selections for country, state, tax, etc. It becomes a time suck vs the pc browser version.

After the latest update, unable to change the server. Everytime I change the server to eu1, it goes back to US server. Broken

Works well. I submiteded an expense on Monday and got paid friday.

Awesome for the most part just wish it was easier to input my mileage easier through the app instead of always using company computer inorder to submit for it
