Bogermanschool

Vele kinderen bezoeken onze school. Zij komen met hun ouders oorspronkelijk vaak uit andere landen. Nu wonen onze leerlingen in Nederland, in Rotterdam-Zuid een wereldstad.

Zó willen we naar onze school kijken, niet als school waar zovele culturen even zovele verschillen betekenen, wat lastig kan zijn. Maar als een school, waar de wereld samenkomt en waar we dus heel veel van elkaar kunnen leren als we er een open oog en oor voor hebben. Many children attend our school. They come with their parents often originally from other countries. Now our students live in the Netherlands, in Rotterdam South a metropolis.

So we want to look at our school, not as a school where so many cultures here mean so many differences, which can be tricky. But if a school where the world comes together and we therefore can learn a lot from each other if we have an open eye and ear.
