Senso Civico è molto più di un semplice portale o di una banale applicazione: obiettivo principale è quello di diventare un tramite, un mezzo attraverso il quale contribuire all’educazione civica dei cittadini e, al contempo, allo sviluppo sociale della propria comunità.
La segnalazione potrà essere corredata da foto e descrizione accurata, in modo da fornire maggiori dettagli ai fini della soluzione del problema e potrà essere coadiuvata da un servizio di geolocalizzazione automatica che individuerà il punto esatto dal quale la segnalazione stessa è partita.
Nonostante l'utente abbia un suo Comune, ciò non significa che non possa effettuare segnalazioni di degrado o malfunzionamento relativamente a contesti differenti dal suo: in tal caso, se il Comune indicato utilizza il servizio, la segnalazione verrà correttamente e direttamente inoltrata; diversamente, essa verrà inoltrata allo staff di Senso Civico che provvederà ad informare l'ente interessato, via mail, sia della segnalazione che della possibilità di utilizzo del servizio.
Questo sarà il luogo virtuale dove confluiranno sia le segnalazioni relative a disservizi o situazioni di degrado segnalate dai vari cittadini, che le risposte dell'Amministrazione in relazione alle stesse, con l'aggiornamento costante dello stato della segnalazione, fino alla completa soluzione del problema.
In tal modo, Senso Civico rappresenterà il veicolo migliore per portare ad una conoscenza, reciproca, delle eventuali situazioni di disagio dei cittadini da una parte e dei progetti e gli intenti dell’Amministrazione per la soluzione degli stessi dall'altra, evitando che tali problematiche possano sfociare in una posizione di sterile dissenso. This will be the virtual place where you will feed both the reports of outages or degrading situations reported by several people, that the responses of the Administration in connection therewith, with the constant updating of the status of the message, to the complete solution of the problem.
In this way, Civic Sense represent the best vehicle for bringing to a knowledge, reciprocal, of the possible situations of discomfort of the citizens of the one part and projects and intent of the Administration for the solution of the same on the other, avoiding that these problems might lead to a position of sterile dissent.
