This app worked great at first then it wouldn't let me log in and locked my account ????

Absolute garbage won't work half the time. I feel that I should be reimbursed for my gas used to drive to the bank just to check my account balance and the lack of banks close to me is sad

Horrible. App isn't reliable. I'm with the other guy I'd like to be reimbursed for wasted gas to go to the bank for simple crap that this terrible app should be able to handle

Great way to access your money.

But have ran into a problem. When using a new device it sends a code to your email. But for some reason it's not sending it.

Ive used this app for a long time. Until now. I reinstalled it and it insists it is sending an email with a security code, but I am not getting an email. Bummed. I used this app almost daily. Fix this please!

Its a pain to log into from other devices.

It stopped working and i called and they have updated the system and suggested i get a new phone because my galaxy 4 is old they say who wants to spend money just to use a app... ridiculous

What's wrong with the app?

This app isn't working all of a sudden. I have been using it for years with no problems. Can't get into cfcu on my PC either. I have reported this to the local IT folks.

Love this app. It helps me when I'm doing our monthly budget. It shows me everything I need to make sure our budget is 100% accurate. Love Comtrust bank and this app. They both have been wonderful to me. I would give more stars if I could. :)

It may just be my phone, but Bill Pay doesn't show any pending payment amounts, it just says null$ or something like that. But I do my bills on the computer, so it's not a problem for me. I just need to be able to check what's in my checking/savings and transactions if I'm away from a computer, and so this app works fine for me. There's probably other bank apps filled with features, but I really just need a quick check sometimes. And so thumbs up!

New phone no programs running and it's been 2 hours

What's wrong with the app?

I can never log in it says my user name is invalid but on the website it let's me sign in. I've deleted it and re downloaded it several times. The old one was much better

This banking app is better now that they redid it. Convenient.
