Firstly, one is unable book anything without login in. When you attempt to login, the keypad doesn't pop up. Secondly, it's not very user friendly. The developers could have done a better job

Fix the app. Credit Card payments not working - 3D Secure page does not open correctly within the app (inaccessible Submit button) and with another credit card the payment just failed. Uninstalled.

Deleted it almost tight after I installed it. Could not even manage to log on - keyboard doesn't pop up to enter eny details. Waste of time!

Why is the app on if it can't be used , I didn't look at the comments before I downloaded it... I wish I did and understand the frustration. It crashes continuously and unusable

Doesn't seem to list the same events as on the web site or the same basic functions. Also doesn't bring up the keyboard so can't actually use it.

Account details under 'info' is idiotic. One would assume the app is a way to streamline the experience from desktop to mobile but there are features inaccessible on the mobile site and app. Useless app; rather use the desktop version.

Awful user experience. Computicket surely you can do better.

Awful app, like it was made by novices... Can't even see a seating plan before choosing seats? How is that overlooked? Can't view seating plans on a web browser without Adobe flash. Computicket is lucky it has a monopoly. Whoever is in charge of web and app development should be fired!

Didn't even get to struggling with the payment options. The verification SMS code was rejected even though it was an exact match. Super clunky interface eg date of birth entry it's not obvious that you can tap on the year

All fine until payment page. No matter how many times I try, it simply says payment unsuccessful. What good is the app when it can't do what it's meant to do?!

The app does not allow you to print your tickets from home. What is the point of an app? Now I must go in store to collect tickets.. Pretty much negates the point of an app.

I wish you would go bankrupt to make space for companies who actually want to serve. Whoever is behind your app development is a complete idiot

Most useless app, try and book 2 adults and 2 kids.

Can't change region or date settings in app and consequently have to browse through all the listings to find items in my area.

This is trash, please update and make our easier!!!

You can select your tickets but have no clue where the seats are besides the seat numbers. You cannot view the seating arrangements. So you are booking blindly not knowing where exactly that seat number is to change it in case you would like to change it.

I want to book adult and kids tickets seated together but I can only book separately and seats are far apart.

Yes you can view a list of events but I still have to go to a Computicket outlet to get tickets as the payment options are pathetic. Not every single person has a credit card.

I recently got a Samsung Galaxy S7 and installed this app twice. After selecting to agree with the terms and conditions it gives the loading circle and does not go any further. This is disappointing as the app worked perfectly on my Sony Z3. Any ideas why it's not working??
