About CompuLEAD SMART
CompuLEAD Smart is the easiest and most effective way for exhibitors to capture sales
leads on the trade show floor – using your own Android Smartphone or Tablet! You’ll also have access to
your leads in real-time from myLeads, CompuSystems’ premier lead follow-up service.
Capture Leads:
- Scan an attendees badge, enter their badge number or enter their email address and instantly receive full lead data for that attendee
- Use the Quick Scan mode to rapidly capture leads in succession
- Edit lead contact information and add notes using the device's keyboard or voice-to-text function
- Qualify and survey your leads with 10 standard qualifiers/surveys or create your own custom qualifiers or survey questions
Manage Leads:
- Use the Lead Filter feature to easily search your lead list to view a leads record
- Add/edit notes, qualifiers and surveys directly from your lead list. Previous Event’s Leads:
- View leads captured by CompuLEAD Smart at a previous event anytime on your device by event name
- See if a current show’s lead had been captured at a previous event and view the past contact information and qualifications
myLeads:
- View all the leads collected by your company in real-time
- If you have multiple CompuLEAD Smart apps activated, you can view leads taken by each device
- Download your leads to your own CRM system
- Send a broadcast follow-up email to your lead list – HTML or plain text
- Create up to five different reports to help measure show ROI

I was excited to use the application, and the first couple of visits I was able to scan geared me to believe it would be a strong tool for the trade event I was at. During day 2 of my 4 day event the app stopped working and the only information it would log was the person badge ID # with no information on the attendee. I was told to delete and reload the app at which point it would not let me register my badge as a user and now I am uncertain if I will be able to retrieve the leads I did store. I would not use this app again in future.

Used this at the AAPEX show. I like that can notes. But just to scan a badge is slow, to many steps. Also, I don't have work email on my phone, so it tried to use my personal email to send info. Speed it up and set the email up better.... And lower the price.

Does not work on the Samsung tablet. The scan feature did not sync with the master database. The phone version worked well.

Missing the critical feature of being able to work in portrait or landscape orientation depending on orientation of device. This is less of an issue with a phone device, but a big issue with most 10 inch tablets, especially ones being used in keyboard docks.

After days of scanning leads, I am not able to export the information. The download process freezes, and no technical assistance is offered within the app
