- Our system assigning serialized reference number for each voucher entries.
- Reference series can be based on type of voucher, listed company or the master account.
- Customize the format of reference number for each kind of voucher type by including or excluding the abbreviations of company, voucher type, user, month and year.
- Edit the next reference number at anytime for any kind of voucher.
- Generate PDF files directly for the voucher entries.
- Print all kind of the entries on A4 size papers along with several printing customizing options.
- Custom header and footer makes the printed document as printed on your letterhead.
- Create several sub user accounts for your partners, colleagues and employees by assigning different power level.
- Our system will show only the limited links and provide facilities as per the users "power level".
- Every sub user can login to the master account by submitting the master account ID, user ID and password. If the user checked "Remember Login" when login to their account, they do not required to login each time.
- Depending upon the "daily reporting type", your sub user will get customized daily reporting forms as like technical, sales, driver or general. All of these are contained very useful fields to monitor the activities of your employee. It ultimately motivates your staff to an utmost level.
- Power level is an useful feature for your sub users and type of vouchers. If you created a vouchers type for "Salary Certificate" by assigning power level as "7", then your sub user having less than this power level cannot access it.
- If you assigning an user power level as "8", he/she will get full admin power to modify master settings, create and edit any type of voucher, create and edit any templates for voucher, edit any of existing voucher entry or daily report. The admin user can also delete any of these kinds of items.
- We provide complete submission activities through "Logs" page. Normal users only get the submission logs for the respective user.
- We also provide user groups and group editing facility for voucher entries. It enables project costing through online and staff attendance management through different supervisors.
- Your admin users can view the list of user wise created type of vouchers, voucher entries, daily reports and submission logs. It is very helpful to trace/analyze each user level activities.
- You can add more companies on a single master account and utilize all features to them simultaneously.
- When you creating or editing a sub user account, you can assign form reCAPTCHA for different time interval to assure the authenticity to more secure.
- Our extra features section is strictly bound on a login area. We count every login attempt. Continues failed attempts will prevent the user from login area to keep secure from spammers.
- We use completely encrypted system. So your submissions are always keeps secured.

How to get this section for you?

Submit all of your companies by using the menu Add Listing > Company. You can add company details along with images and geo location. The listed company details will available to public that provide more business possibilities.
While you login under primary account, you can activate your extra features section by visiting the menu Easy Tools > Extra Features Section.
