You save your weight, reps, and sets. You can add personal notes that enhance your progress. With speech recognition you spend less time typing and more time lifting. You can sort by date and description, and can share these sessions via text, email, CSV, or even Twitter. Are you a Personal Trainer? With Weight Tracker you can save data for multiple users! Have reoccurring workouts? You can copy an entire session by date. Now you can save your sessions in chronological order.

- Copy by Date range with from and to user. Allows copying say, a week or month, from one user to another.
- Copy a date into another date. Lets you copy last Friday to next Friday.
