Needs a lot of improvement. Many reviews show users want to be able to pay their account with this app. Find a great app developer and make it secure so they can. The Android app gets stuck in writing drafts so that you can't get back to the choice to choose a picture. It is really sad in this day and age to be forced to use a website when so many apps are actually useful. I will probably uninstall this.

It won't accept my username and password, but when I log into my computer, it works fine. It's not the end of the world, but it does make the app a little useless to me. It's a great idea, so please fix this!

It is THIS close to being good. The problem is it does ten things 50%. I'd suggest focusing on a few features and doing them really well. I love writing an email to my child, but it wouldnt send. I tried sending a gift but it wouldn't complete. I tried loading the home page, but it sound forever.

It had moments of freezing up but I had patience through the Lord and kept at it. It worked wonderfully and I am excited to hear from my sponsor children. Good job.

I CANNOT FOR WHATEVER REASON FIND ANY APP OR GO TO WEBSITE TO PAY ON MY ACCOUNT. Iam recommended to have it AUTOMATICALLY withdrawn. Been there done that no thank you

I got a new cell phone and as soon as I got set up I downloaded this app! It makes writing my children so much easier. I can start a draft and write a little bit throughout the day instead of having to think of stuff to write about just when I can.

Very easy to use! This makes it so much easier and more convenient to write to my sponsored child. I am looking forward to being able to more consistently communicate.

Does me no good at all. I need to be able to write letters to my sponsored child but I can't. Complete waste of space.

Never loads fully. I try to write to my sponsor child and see only a blank screen. Same when I recieved a notification to watch a video on Valentines day. Complete waste.

My child is in dr yet the map shows India, it never shows any updates on her or new pics like the app says, the description makes it seem like you'll have an easier time communicating with each other on this app but it's really just a waste of phone memory when you can do all the same things on their website

Great way to stay informed

Has possibility to be a great App but I keep getting error messages. Trying to create new login info since daughter forgot hers. Take all the proper steps but keeps saying Technical Difficulties and to try again in a few minutes. Debit card number changed and I can't give our child money until I can login. Also noticed misspellings on their website. Nam instead of Name. Is this organization even legit? I bet if I call a phone number they would take my new info but that's what scammers do.

The only improvement I would love to have is being able to write letters offline then go online only to post them.

Rarely can actually do anything in the app. Problems writing letters, problems viewing letters, problems sponsoring a second child through the app. Appears user friendly, but in actual use there are entirely too many error messages. I'm very close to uninstalling it altogether.

It keeps crashing. The only part that doesn't immediately crash is the stories part. I will change if it improves

Tried to login. Said email invalid. Tried to make new account. Of course , said I already have account. Tried to sign in again. Will try again, but will probably uninstall. You may have an old email address. I've gotten in before, so I should have changed it. But it wouldn't let me change anything.

I love it! You can see the letters your child has sent and the ones you have sent to your child. It's also really nice that you can write to your child from your phone! I love reading the stories about sponsors and the children.

This app makes accessing my sponsored children's info easy. I love being able to see what their weather is like at any given time. I also enjoy being able to quickly type a letter and upload photos. I have had a problem with losing a long typed letter twice and had to start over. That's why I have it a 4☆ rating.

When I login it says I'm successfully logged in but then is gives a screen that says "retry" or "skip for now" when I push retry over and over nothing happens. Then if I skip it takes me back to the login screen. Happening for weeks and an uninstall and reinstall does not help. Please fix already!

My account won't load anything and whenever I log kn, it says I've logged in but then pops up with an error and says to retry

I love being able to send a quick letter and photos to stay connected to our sponsor children in Haiti. Sometimes finding the time to actually sit down and write a letter and print photos to send is hard to do, so this is a great help. Also great to be able to preview previous letters and photos so they aren't duplicated.

This app is so great ! I love the new updated letter capabilities as well. It is even easier to write letter to my sweetie : )

Yes the app gives you a bit more information about your child. I've been with my child since october till now june and they haven't updated any information or a picture of her I thought they would do an update at least every 6 months gonna wait till October to see if they do an update.

I love the App. My sponsor kids are just a click away! It reminds me to frequently write them and I like reading the compassion stories. + GOD BLESS +

I was able to access a letter I had composed on their website, but could not send successfully from that site. I downloaded the app and was able to send the letter.

Awesome way to stay connected and I love that I can make my monthly donations right through the app!
