Boost - Order Food on Campus

Very primitive compared to most apps. Doesn't have most of the items that are on the places menus.. this must be a monopoly situation (they have a monopoly and now they're complacent).

I am a professor at Univ of Houston. I teach programming. U have a loooong way to go on this ap. First, you were hard to find in the Google Play store. Next, the sign up procedure should request a password verification. Next I could not enter my date of birth without scrolling hundreds of months back. I didn't get an email notifying me i signed up. Also there was no acceptable use or terms to agree to. Plus it is not allowed to storr the C.V.V. code of a credit card, otherwise you are not PCI compliant.You are in violation of US federal statutes for online services that have money transactions and use credit cards. Then during ordering, I could not order the Subway deal of the day. It is well known the pricing is different on certain days for different sandwiches. Also it is not clear how to cancel the entire order after you have made your choices. Additionally it allowed me to order items from a restaurant that was currently closed and only after I viewed the cart to select a pickup time did it say there are no time slots. Furthermore I cannot find your website defined anywhere that I can go change my info from a pc. Where are you from? What jurisdiction do you operate under? I strongly discourage anyone from using this ap until the company putting it out comes into compliance with US laws and banking PCI compliance.

Slow to boot every day. No way to provide feedback on order. Note section for allergies would be an asset.

No order option for just a simple shot of espresso, additionally no option to substitute milk for almond milk

Won't even let me add my credit card. I'm using the android version of the app on my galaxy s7, trying to add my aarp credit card from chase. Every time i finish entering my information, it takes me to an endless load screen

Crashes every time as I try out create an account

You guys put an ad in the langara collage planner, but don't support it

I successfully ordered a frozen lemonade, only to show up and realize that Tim Hortons was closed... This app should really specify if you are even open on a particular day. Just spent $3 with nothing to show for it.

My order never went through and when it did the Tim Horton staff was either too lazy to actually get it done on time or couldn't speak English when I told them my order was suppose to be ready by the time it says it will be, and plus boost tells me my order is ready when it was not even close.

You should add paypal as a payment method as not everyone has a credit card and paypal is also much easier to use.

Needs to add PayPal as a payment method because most teenagers don't have credit cards and PayPal is easy to get and use.

Normally I would rate this a 5 but it's been broken for over a week and just keeps trying to load the menu.

Your app is being advertised at one of the Tim Hortons locations on campus at Fanshawe College, and yet it is not listed on your app as a possible location

There is promotion going on then also the menu price is the same as the previous price, there is no promotion price in the app.

This slows everything down

I tested it at Sheridan Davis campus today and worked like a charm. Now I don't have to wait in line during my break to order my coffee. I can pre-order and wait for for timis to alert you when it's ready.

This app is perfect for students who are on the go and need a little boost. I have found it very useful and would definitely recommend it.

Great app and works well. Menu lacks a lot and could be better. Saves time for extra studying or when in a rush. Overall not bad.

You are not fulfilling the purpose. I am always getting my order late from the estimated delivery time. There is no option for adding a feedback on the website or on the app. If you don't want me to use the app please reply and let me know. Every time I am using this app I am wasting my time instead of saving it. It is taking more time for ordering anything then waiting in the Que.

Doesn't allow you to create account. Very slow, downloads the menu evertime you use it.

This app crashes so often, it's unusable.

I have to wait a damn hour to get my food and drink!! Pick up time is in an hour!!! I need to cancel this and I can't!!!

I cant even make an account. Plus I look at some of the menus and they do not include all menu items. Also ive seen the boost app being advertised in the main cafeteria of my school but I did not see an option for any of those places on the actual app.

Makes pick up time faster but I wanted 1140 and it picked 1040 and I can't change it or cancel it

only payment method is credit card no debit or PayPal

The app doesn't let you cancel an order if you made a mistake, other then that it is a good app

I'm at Sheridan's Davis campus, and there are signs there at the Tim Hortons for boost, as well as all the cashiers wear boost shirts, yet there is no option for the Davis campus on the app. Very misleading and disappointing

keep saying that it can't connect to the server

Great app. Love not waiting in line. Usually it works great. Sometimes I have to ask over the counter to a Tim Hortons employee about my food, but that's a Tim Hortons employee problem not boost. I would love more food in the menu through the app. And add a backup/second bagel option Incase they are out of your primary bagel choice

Originaly I had issues signing in, but I re-installed the app and it works great. I already used it once and it was so convenient to skip the massive Tim hortons line at humber. Thank you!! I would love to see a bigger menu, but for now the app is still very useful.

There's two signs at two different restaurants at my school saying they're boost compatible, but this stupid app doesn't have my school listed... I wonder if the people who designed this app have a post-secondary education. If they do, they're likely from Seneca.

Can't register for an account because the app is always trying to connect with the server but fails. Haven't been able to use it at all... Two stars for a decent idea

I cannot log in or complete my order. A pop up has station cannot reach server. Great app but i cant use it

Took twice as long to get my order because I waited for the pick up time and when it wasn't ready had to wait to ask

Add a whip cream option to ice caps. Also I like how it only has quick prep items. That way the line moves quick. Please don't add large food items

Why launch something incomplete. Available only for Oakville campus of Sheridan College.

Can't connect to the server. Utterly unusable.
