Great for small professional office I run a peer-to-peer network at my four person office. DejaOffice allows everyone to access & book my appointments. They also leave me phone message tasks for calls I need to return. But I keep my Outlook contact list private. With the CRM app my phone is always up-to-date with appts, tasks & contacts. And new contacts I put in my phone syncs back to my office Outlook. The interface is seamless. Recently I moved to a new phone. Didn't have to worry about transferring files. Just loaded CRM, set up what I wanted to sync & ran a sync cycle. (Everything else was on my SD card). Easiest phone swap I've ever done. DejaOffice is a great system for small business owners.

Good cloud sync. Could not manage my calendar without a tool like this. Doing a better job of integrating across a PC platform ( MS Outlook) with native apps such as phone contacts. I don't think there is any better product on the market today. But it still has it's bugs.. Difficult to integrate with iPhone native calendar

M70%
by M####:

does an accurate syncing of Outlook data to Android devices.. often it will continue to sync even after it says syncing has finished and you've acknowledged by pressing ok?.. if you disregard and disconnect all is well?.. all in all it gets the job done and has way more capabilities than I use...

I've been using this app since 2007. It always works. I started using it to keep my palm synched to outlook on my desktop. Its been worth every penny. Apps change and come and go. But my calendar and contacts have remained organized for over 10 years with no issues.

V70%
by V####:

I used this for years with my Palm phones and the Windows Palm Desktop software for backing up on a PC instead of the cloud. I'm still using Palm Desktop with my Android phone as a way to do local backup instead of the cloud. Works well although rarely doesn't properly sync deleted calendar entries. Still love it!

D70%
by D####:

This will mess up your crm. If you're not the techie type, don't use it. But if you're using it already ensure to backup, both for crm and android, because you'll ALWAYS be needing it.

T70%
by T####:

The calendar alarm stopped working. Does not bring up a warning anymore. It was a 5 star til this happened. If I can't resolve the problem I will uninstall and seek another app. Thanks

M70%
by M####:

Best tool for working with Outlook to synchronise and transfer information. Using the secure Cloud can be pricey without a special offer but also works ok with local Wi-Fi just not as convenient.

T70%
by T####:

Sync fails 50% of tries. It will not sync with the default contact list and calendar on your phone. Still, within its own platform, it is a robust piece of software.

E70%
by E####:

I have been using this for years and think it's the best Outlook synching program I can find but it does have issues. It tends to revert dates and phone numbers to American formats and it likes to merge records so that the names and numbers of two contacts combine. Some old contact have also disappeared. I repeat I have been using this for ten years, over 3 computers and since Windows XP so some of these issues may have carried over and might be solved now. I do hate losing contacts and having others corrupted.

M70%
by M####:

Works great most of the time. However sometimes with updates and/or Android OS updates may create some bugs. Otherwise good. Also I use companion link to sync to pc palm desktop.

M70%
by M####:

Been using it for 4 years after I changed from BB and needed a backup up for my Outlook contacts. It can become unstable at times but I'm comfortable with it

M70%
by M####:

I have been a long-time user of this app (early 2011) and originally payed $39.95, a steep price for an app in those days (as is it is today). Now I am being forced to buy it again, even though I believed in their app so long ago and have been using it ever since. I am not willing to continue to support a company that doesn't make its upgrades part of the initial buy. I tried to reason with their support, but unfortunately to no avail. I recommend all to think about this, since this could happen to you in the future. A company should be include all upgrades within its initial pricing, since it is understood implicitly.

G70%
by G####:

It worked fine for a while but now it loses connection and hangs up. Changes the name around on some contacts and doesnt sync some notes in the contact. Not sure if I would buy it again.

since feb 29th 2016 All my annual repeat appointments are displayed one day early but on opening show correct date editing corrects but then issue re occurs

Dejaoffice on the phone and Companion Link on the pc to sync with Outlook contacts, calendar, and yes - Outlook's NOTES! Tried others but settled on on Companion Link after receiving top notch phone tech support for a trial version... any company willing to offer such support to evaluators deserves my business.
