XNotify

XNotify is a group broadcasting application. Users can download this app and subscribe to various groups of their interest in order to receive various types of notifications from the group administrators. XNotify features a message center that holds all of the notifications in one place just like an email inbox.

XNotify does more than just receive notifications. These notifications contain information about various types of content such as text, events, photos, videos, documents, newsletters and surveys. Various content types associated with these notifications can only be read through the XNotify app.

Below is a brief description of the different types of notifications:

• A text notification is a simple text message.
• An event notification has all the event information like event title, location, start date, end date, description, related photos & videos etc. This type of notification can directly be added to the user’s calendar on their phone to receive reminders.
• A media notification contains information about photos & videos content. These photos and videos can be watched as a slide show or using manual swipe through the gallery.
• A document notification contains information about documents in various formats such as word, PDF, excel and rich text format. These documents can easily be opened and read within the app.
• A newsletter notification contains information about a newsletter branded with sender’s logo and colors.
• A survey notification contains information about a survey that can be completed by the receiver.

XNotify is a great app for managing the notifications from various groups. Users can join or leave a group at their will, thus having total control on who they wish to receive notifications from.
