CommuSoft: Mobile

Handy app, but does have connection issues and freezes my phone sometimes. Would love to have split screen ability for my Samsung Galaxy Note phone with this app. Also with notifications turned off I still get notification noises, when I get jobs sent during the middle of the night. Very annoying

This is a great application when you have an office, several engineers and loads of jobs. May not suit the one person company. Allows invoicing, job management and a whole lot more. Excellent support.

Update then asks for security password etc not good

Every time I go on the app it goes through the logging in procedure. Gets annoying, never used to. I dont want to comunicate everytime I go into it. Especially if its a bad reception area I have to wait ages.

I was trying this app for few weeks. It's very difficult to understand even watching video tutorials. And it didn't work for me well. And it's to expensive compare to other relating apps.

This is a pretty good system, needs a couple of small tweaks though in order to be rated higher than 3* - a very useful one would be a 'Navigate To' option next to the customers address that links to the users default satnav / maps app, along with some kind of offline functionality (cache today's jobs etc). Also field operative should be able to upload notes as they go along BEFORE completing job, at the minute I can only write notes to system after 'Complete' is pressed.

I have nothing to compare this app. to and have only been using it for 2 weeks, but... I find it non engineer friendly and not very intuitive. Multiple customer signatures can be rqd on 1 job, cant edit actions if reqd once a certain point is passed, multiple appliances on cp12 but not cp6 (private service sheet)- seperate cert per appliance, the list, for me goes on. Hopefully will improve with updates. P.S. Using this app as a gassafe reg. engineer.

Best software to run every plumbing, heating and gas business. From just 1 engineer to 50 this will handle it all

the new updated Android version is fantastic and sits out all the probs with the first version, I'm loving it and can't wsut for the oil firms to cone out. These guys have got an great piece if software here, if u r a plumber, gas, heating ,oil engineer or electrician, u dont need anything else, this does it all, makes ur service n landlords cert a lot quicker too cos no forms to fill out, keep up the good work!

I have worked with bespoke software programs that don't come close to this app.

I don't know how I ever lived without this service.

I have used commusoft for nearly a year and the changes in the last month or so have made it reliable, easy to use and it is genuinely a part of my business I wouldn't want to do without. The customer service support is fantastic and some of the improvements I have suggested have been taken on board and some even implemented. It has a small way to go to get that previous fifth star from me which principally will be better caching for times with low or no internet connection
