Why would i even wasn't this app. Not to mention the annoying remote access questions. I wish i could uninstall it, but without some more drastic measures i can't even do that!

I refuse to give this access to my phone but I have to reject it EVERY time I get a text message. Bell will lose me as a customer if this doesn't stop.

This app asks me to allow remote access three four times a day, never accept! At best this is an error with the update, at worst they are trying at bell to access your phone and data they don't already have. Shut this app down!

Hate how you lock the bootloader of my Xperia ZL and yet not let me remove all these bullshit apps. Only self serve is useful

Asking for permission everyday worst update FIX!!

Constantly asks to request full access to entire phones content, including seeing at anytime what is shown on the screen. Gives Bell way to much freedom, and asks us to lose all freedom. Can't remove from phone. Can't stop requests.

Every time I get a text, I'm asked if I agree to remote access. Very frustrating.

This app keeps wanting to start a remote session. I don't want bell remotely accessing my phone. Please add a function to disable this app

If I wanted this POS App I would have chosen to install it. Why are we forced to have an app that has access to all of information, including our camera and microphone. RIDICULOUS!

I would rate this as less than 1 if I could....NEVER EVER going to happen Bell...Not being able to UNinstall this app is going to have both my husband and I looking for another cellular provider in December when our contracts are up

This thing constantly asks me to allow a remote control request. THIS IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. EVER. Even if the requests are legit, training users to accept this type of thing sets a precedent for very dangerous social engineering exploits. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Find a way to do tech support that doesn't fly in the face of pretty much every security best practice ever.

Stop asking for remote access. Its not gonna happen. Should only pop up on a call in basis. Useless.

This app is beyond annoying asking for remote access everyday several times since last update. It is causing my phone to lag like crazy.
