The new update is nothing but trouble. I depend on this app to monitor my checking account but I can't even log in since the new update. Not good for the first of the month! Two thumbs down.
App worked great until most recent update. The photo bill pay feature takes longer than the old bill pay feature....when it actually works! Please bring back the old way!

Seriously the worst finance app I've ever used. Login doesn't work half the time. I've resorted to using the mobile browser to check my statements.

This app gets worse with each release. I hadn't been able to sign in for weeks. Finally deleted the app, turned off my phone, pulled the battery, put it all together again, and reinstalled the app. I could log in! I can't mobile deposit, though. It either can't "read" the check amount to verify my entry, or it just has a general nobdescript error. So, I am stuck with trusting checks to USPS, or driving 40 minutes to the nearest branch. Thanks for simplifying my life, CFCU. NOT.
This app is driving me insane. I can't ever log on to check my account it keeps telling me system error and giving me a number to call. This is ridiculous! This bank needs a better app immediately. It's messing up my account by not being about to keep track of it. Online banking is usually good as you can see the auto draft things coming out, I forget when they do and I like to check my account regularly so I'm on top of it but I can't do it with this frustrating app.
This app is great, always works and is always secure, makes me feel that my information will not be hacked like my old bank. You are required to actually remember your password and security questions, no copy and paste here.
Can't log on, support is lacking. Need online banking, considering another bank. Can't use check deposit by phone because banking camera is terrible.
I have had to reset this app so many times, then the 10 security questions are ridiculous. This app has system errors all the time. I hate thiz, because it's down when I need it the most.
Need the old app back why fix something that's not broke. Smh

Login and password screen doesn't work properly. Continually locks me out or has a system issue.
This is the worst app I've ever used. I loathe this app. The login functions are so bad I am considering taking my business elsewhere. The older app was way better. This is affecting my personal finances. Ive given you months and months to fix this. I'm out, moving my money because of this app and your crappy website.
I've never had so many problems with a bank app. It seems like everyday they have system errors while trying to login. If this is due to maintenance they need to be more convenient for the customer and do this overnight. When this system error occurs I am unable to withdraw money from atms as well. I'm really considering switching banks if they don't resolve this issue.
Can't copy & paste pw from pw manager. U need to fix this so we can use strong pw. Now I am stuck with using desk top version on my smart phone. I like the new Instant Balance feature so I added a star but I wish it didn't show the account numbers since no pw is needed.
It had a lot of kinks to begin with but seems to really work great now. The most important thing is that it is far more secure... So kudos
App crashes upon opening when using Samsung Galaxy s6 edge on marshmallow OS
The old app sent a text telling me how much I spent or deposited. This app will only say there was a transaction of more than $1 and it doesn't send it right away. It takes s better deposit picture is all. I have been with CFCU for almost 20 years but I guess they can't keep up with technology. Kind of scary since they keep our money. Seriously considering Allegiance which is where my husband banks. Come on CFCU, you are backing me into a corner here. How about an upgrade back to the old version?
I was on this mobile app 4 hours ago and now it says there is a system error. I really think you need to rework it and make it better running
I have not been able to log on un a month. I never had this problem until I upgraded to this new app. Now I have to call in to check my account or go online to monitor unauthorized transactions. Go back to the old stable app, please!
Everytime there is an update i have to call and go through the process of resetting my password. You know what I am done. I refuse to be used as a pawn in your broken app games. Fix your crappy tech problems!
Why is it that everytime we update this app I have to uninstall and reinstall then still cant log in until I call the toll free number? Miss the old app that texted u when something cleared not this more than a 1cent and getting 15 texts back to back at 3am in the morning!
While it's seems pretty secure, it's a pain in the back side if a person loses or forgets or for whatever reason misses their password.
Old version had problems with reading menus on my phone due to background colors. New version fixed that problem.
Since my S6 updated to Marshmallow, I've had nothing but problems with this app. Uninstalled and reinstalled after update to even get it to run. Today, I can't even sign in to see my accounts.

The old app never had issues and our actually worked.
I like that you can see pictures of the checks that have cleared with the upgrade.
