'Found' too many homes that were no longer on the market. Doesn't show if a house had a pending sale unlike the home scouting app my realtor previously had. Definitely a step down from other housing apps.

Me and my fiancee are always on our phones in our down time searching but before this app we would have to send properties (and cars) back and forth often spotting the same place. We used the team feature to sync up and all that pain went away. The app did crash once but in a weird twist the crash handler screen would pop up and then the app would continue as normal. I like the score card it would be even more valuable if I could customise it and the draw a search works perfectly.

Zillow rarely updates. The Local Homes app is constantly updated making my search so much easier! Every time i saw homes on Zillow they were already taken! We found our new home on Local Homes! It wasn't taken already! :)

Only criticisms are: Do you really need access to my USB? And hitting the back button on the main page doesn't close the program, it just reloads it. Still gave 5 stars because compared to other garbage real estate apps this is the best.
