Please remove the Facebook connection. It isn't working. But when I tried to connect without Facebook it worked for me.

Someone correctly suggested that connecting to Facebook account makes this app unusable as it always fails to connect to the set-top box. After I disconnected the Facebook permissions the app started controlling the set-top box and I am a happy user
