BookMyGarages - Bike Service

Service your vehicle at your own risk. Looking at others comments posted I had given my vehicle for Service. I have paid whatever they demanded and allowed whatever they asked without any questions. Now after couple of weeks...the scooter don't start. I called them, they responded by saying to send the technician. Now it's 2 days and they have not turned up and are not taking my calls. Wow... heights of customer service...Now I need to find another mechanic to get it repaired. What a pain!

They tuk 1000 for general service with oil change. And the bike was even more rough than wat it was before servicing... Wen i asked why is this so he said chain sproket has to be changed.. But he failed to resolve the issue. Pickup reduced of my bike after their service l. I later gave it showroom for another service the next week and paid 1200 and was very happy to love my bike again. My advice would be not to waste money there. Address hoodi book my garages

I was able get my bike serviced, from my college itself, I booked the service after reaching to my college gave my bike to the pickup guy from BookMyGarages, later i got a message that service was completed and later i received my bike in the evening. Reliable, Transparent & more over hassle free experience. Keep it up team

Excellent work done in C.V.Raman Nagar branch I suggest to people who own RE motor cycle they take care of every small things in the bike with care

Vehicle make was displayed in the app, but a couple of hours after the mobile application accepted the booking, they called up and said they don't service that particular make of bike

Booked on Sunday 5Feb, no one turned up till date (Wednesday). Uninstalling the app

Doorstep pickup and drop, 30 days warranty on service, after service who would not love it? I was able to get my bike serviced, they picked from my home and got it serviced and delivered to my office, in bellandur thank you team reliable, transparent. . & with less cost better than normal showrooms, looking forward. I own Royal Enfield Classic 2004 Model, I was not satisfied with the previous service from a local garage, my friend had referred bookmygarages to me. I booked service from them, the pickup guy showed up within 30 min after placing the order, they called me after 4 hours, told me your bike is ready & asked me for my feasible time I was shocked, then when I received my bike I was impressed very much, the bike was looking like a showroom piece with polishing on it. Now my Enfield is running very smoothly.

I booked a service. 3 days later I got a message that your bike will be delivered to u in few minutes when my bike was still with me. Then they sent another message that it has been serviced. I don't know what they serviced.

As BookMyGarages service says we pick, we service & we deliver. It was really easy for me, i just booked the service online and they picked my bike, got it serviced & delivered it to my place. I also got a message with unique id number so that i can verify it while providing my bike for service, they provide 30 days warranty on service. I recommend this app for all who have mistrust giving bike to a stranger or unknown garage

I gave my pulsar 150 cc 2004 model i was worried whether they do proper service, but seriously i was amazed by the work, they are professional workers. I thank mechanic satish for his work, thankyou bookmygarages for the wonderful work

My bike was not starting up It was already very late for office l booked service request, the pick up gay showed up with in 20mins, and picked up my bike they Even drop me to my office which is in bagmane tech park, after 2hrs they called me up and told me that my bike is ready the service was very fast and I had arrived to my office in time.
