the comfort spot

I was recommended this by several friends, so I decided to check it out. It seems great, but it's not sending me the verification email. I've tried resending it several times, but it's now been at least eight hours and I haven't received a single verification email. It's a shame, because I'd really love to be able to use this. How do I solve my problem?

I love the idea this app has and I really want to try it out but that's the thing. I can't. No matter how many times I press the 'send verification email', it just doesn't work and I even try it on the website! It's annoying cause I really want to use the app. Please fix it!

It never once sent me the verification email even though I tried on both my laptop and phone. It also wouldn't work no matter how many of my emails I tried. Im sure it's a great app for those of you that can get in but it's infuriating not being able to use something that's supposed to calm you down. Ironic how it's having the opposite effect than intended.

The simplest things like screen rotation and switching to another app for a second completely refreshes the app, making me restart my status. It's frustating, especially when I'm already in a bad mood.

I really would like to see what this is like, but I can't get a verification email sent to my Gmail. I have done this numerous times anywhere from 30 mins to an hour waiting and checking all my inbox/promo/spam tabs with nothing to show. :(

I wasn't even able to get in. It would ask me for my email and password, then it said it sent an email but it never did. This is the worst I just wanted to feel better and now I'm even more stressed. I don't like this one but and I'm really on edge now.

Email verification is broken for me, don't know why. I could really use the app but I need it to sign in.

After forgetting my password of over a year ago, and saying it'll send me a verification email to reset my password, it hadn't sent me an email to reset my password, so I have no possible way to access the app. Very irritating, and this has happened before. Reason why I haven't used it for almost two years.

Joined today and find this really helpful. My friend recommended it to me as well and then saw the App. Only slight problem i'm having is I cannot load anymore posts I scroll down and there is nothing more just the post and a advert. Can you please sort out this bug? Thanks. (only reason for 4*)

I'm trying to sign up for the first time, I downloaded just over a day ago (maybe 30 hours) but I can't use the app because I'm not being sent any confirmation emails. I have tried to give comfort and receive comfort, but it just refreshes the page randomly! I have typed long messages, and then the app will just refresh the page, deleting all my progress!! I can't even scroll down the page most of the time! I love the concept of this app, just not the way it glitches.

As had been said, the app is very glitchy. :( I didn't have that much of a problem using it despite that, until at one point it got stuck on a blank white page that I could not navigate away from even after closing the app and deleting its data. Though, of course, the website is fantastic! I'll just have to use it in my browser ;p

I've been using this site for a long time, and I was excited to see that there was a new app for it. It wasn't so good, so I stopped using it for a while. Tried it out again and saw that it's still really, really buggy. It's helped me on multiple occasions, but it's just the layout that brings it down.

Basically, it's the kind of app where you are more likely to write long texts to message people and the problem is that once you get a notification like your phone telling you, you have only 7% left or something, well... the app refreshes , the text you just spent 20 minutes thinking of to help another human being is GONE... it happens every single time... it's the most frustrating feeling ever

I love the site but everytime I try to log in on the app all it does is take me to a white screen where all I can do is zoom in and out. I'd really like to be able to use the app.

It's a good concept but how the app is at the moment isn't really helpful. You have to wait a few moments while it's on white screen before you actually get to the app, w/c isn't much of a problem since most people can wait. It most of the time doesn't load to much post, thus i can't give out much comfort for those who need it. It's also hard to give comfort or comment since it reloads & you lose what you've already typed or when you accidentally press anywhere in the screen and still lose what you've typed

I tried to relog in. But on both mobile and the website i just get a white screen. No images. No log out. Just a white screen. I even tried to remake a new.account and nothing. Please fix this. Its such a great app. And id really like for it to return that way.

I got the mobile so I could help people while I was in bed or away but the app is slow, and it doesn't load. I cant see but one person's post and I cant reply. Have of the stuff is cut off and the ads take up the entire space.

I used to love this site, but now it annoys me so much. I installed the app, logged in, but after that only a blank white screen appeared and it wouldn't let me do anything. Same thing happens on the site. I log in and after that, only the blank white screen. I have disabled all the extensions that could interfere with the site functioning properly. I tried it on different browser. It's the same every time. Can't navigate on the site, can't use the app. I really don't know what may the problem be.

The app always gets stuck on a white screen when starting and doesn't work. Or, when it does work, it's super glitchy and doesn't function properly! Otherwise, the app is great and I love the idea. Please fix.

I like the idea of the app, it's really good but I regret to say that it has some flaws. First of all, I think I should be mobile friendly. I have checked out the page on my browser and it's the same as the app. In the app, it looks like another webpage (kind of), and I think it could be improved so it's easier to navigate through. Also, the main pages blinks a lot, it doesn't let me even read. Finally it only shows me one post at the time and it has too many adds and way too big. Please fix this.

I think I'd prefer using the website, because the app glitches quite a lot. But great concept! I love it! Keep up the good job!

So I downloaded the app but it won't let me sign in? It says my email address doesn't look like one even though I know it's right after triple checking, is that a bug?

Won't even give me an activation e-mail. Sad to see this service dead on both mobile and browser.

I've been using this app for about a month now and its always glitching. It won't let me edit my page or give comfort. It seems to always go back to the home page after I start typing anything. I'm not sure what's going on with it. Love the app otherwise.

I've loved this website and I was so excited that I found there was an app when I needed it. But it won't even load, I login and it takes me to a blank screen and never loads. I tried it on my computer and it wont load either. Please, please fix. This service is too needed for there to be bugs.

I love the computer version, but the app version is completely bugged. I log in just fine, but all it does is bring me to a blank, white screen that I can do nothing with except zoom in and out. Please fix as soon as possible.

I've been on the website and I like the idea of having an app because I can get help or help someone more frequently but when I start typing something it'll delete everything and refresh it I think.. Its more frustrating than helpful now

Great concept... Great website... But the app is basically a glitchy web browser.. Ill just be writing a comfort and the thing spazzes out... And i have to restart. The app needs to be an APP not a web browser as it is set up right now

It was okay. It's a good site, great concept but the app is slow and hard to use esp when typing long private messages. And there seems to be a problem with both the app and the website because I haven't been able to access for 2 nights now. It says that too many users are arrived and I have to wait for a few minutes. But it's been 2 nights already.

Hi there is nothing to appear after access it via app. Possible to check what is the issue? What happen on this? I been finding it after so many years, i look forward of your improve and upgrade project / app. It can be better which all uses would expect that.. let's prove it! :)

So I tried registering and when i got to the verification part, it would hot send me the email. I refreshed it many times and even tried it with my old email accounts. It'd be great if I could actually use the app.

I wanted to have it in my pocket! But app requires too much work right now. I would like to see updated version! Thumbs up for the concept! It helped me so much in my tough times

The app is really really slow, but the general idea of it is perfect
