This app is always lagging to load jobs in. It's been months....nothing has been done!!!!!

Are the listings in job postings genuine? Why is it that i can't get the jobs when i bid and the jobs remain in the listings? #60458 #53980???

Useless application don't waste your time downloading this application you always need to keep refreshing the application in order to receive the new job

Crashes ALL the time! All for "Comfort" causing DISCOMFORT to their drivers.. Reputable company with Low grade tech..

For the largest fleet of cab on this island to possess such a laggy app is amusing. This app has been hacked by 3rd party to help those who vies for jobs that are between 12 midnight to 6am. Plus the lay out of the app is poorly designed. The filter button that is directly above the first job of the listing. The small 'Bid' button is so small that whenever we bids for the job, we have to literally scrutinize where our index finger has to land, otherwise, touching anywhere outside the box will open out the whole listing. This will cause us to lose the bidding as we could never out bid the auto bidding bot from the 3rd party. Most of the cabbies out there are with progressive eye sight, due to the age, why would you want to make a monkey out of them when this app was supposed to be created to assist the current cab partners with more jobs? Uber & Grab has constant updates to their apps? Should not Comfort Delgro (the largest fleet of taxi in Singapore) be doing so too? Or are you guys too complacent in your social standing now?

Agreed totally with Felix Wong. The company has to look into the problems seriously. We are unable to book any advance jobs nowadays not bcos of our competitors. The company has filtered most of the jobs for the hirers and only released the jobs to the relief drivers when there is high demand.

Stupid and ridiculous! So what's the refresh button for??? If refresh too many times get ban 4hr might as well take the refresh button off, so if never refresh how to get job?

Hopefully have current booking and advance at same time because handphone got colour mine MDT is old no colour very hard to get job ,pax want to something can spot how many taxi in their too so feel secure am i correct and can also booking both current and advance

Suck. Refresh too freq got ban for 4 hours. Don't refresh freq how to get job. The person who design this app please wake up your ideas and put yourself in the drivers shoe.
