Comfi Cell Prepaid Refill

I purchased minutes to add to my gophone and never got them. What A rip off!!!! This is the second time this happened. I should have known the first time. I called customer service and the but was rude and did not help me. They couldn't wait to take my money.

Loved this with iphone. Now im with android. Shows log in screen and after I enter all info and click activate an error message comes up that says please enter all fields. And i cannot go any further bc ive entered all necessary info. Please fix this problem.

I was happy to get this app. What a great way to rapidly refill my Boost Mobile account. I took no issue with entering the credit card first, and the prices are what you would normally find on refill accounts. I tried a $20 to test the app and the refill, then the disappointment. I had to call them to verify the order. If I already have the phone in hand, and the last 4 digits of the credit card are showing on the screen, what other info are you looking for? So I called and verified, and it went through properly. Can't this be done without the verification? All this being said, I still like the app. Much handier than a store and / or a pin to deal with. It would also be nice to have a pin on the app for security purposes.

I was looking for a way to save on my prepaid phone, and this app helps me save more than from paying taxes at stores like Walgreens and CVS. It also gives discount, so I save myself (and my boyfriend) at least $1 every month I refill. The only thing that throws me off is having to call for verification EVERY time I make the purchase. That should be changed.

Wont work after update as soon as I open it it says it has stopped working and won't open at all this is on galaxy s3

add my kids accounts & separate phone#s and refill them, it is credited to my number. I asked customer service about it, they said "we know, it doesn't work well on android phones, just use the website." Really? So disappointing.

Nice app. Easily refilled my ATT GoPhone. Got the money on my account in seconds. Don't have to go to the website and refill it there anymore..can do it anytime and anywhere

Why do you ask for a credit card first?? What if I dont want to buy? Should offer to look at prices and whats available first!!

Whats great about this app is you save by not having to pay for sales tax and the higher denominations have a discount.

It took me less than one minute after installation to uninstall it. If there was anything lower than one star, I would have put a half of it.. there is No need to state the reason,.. please do not waste ur time installing
