Application that displays a list of foods, which according to Chinese culture are classified YIN and YANG.
This to help balance our body and prevent diseases which are caused by an imbalance of yin or yang.
Like eating properly:
example 1
if you will eat sugar that has a level of 9 YIN must do so in small quantities.
example 2
if you are going to consume rice having YANG level 1, you can do it in large quantities
example 3
Suppose a saucer 100 grams in which there may be:
YANG Level 1 rice 80 grams
YIN Level 3 vegetables 18 grams
YANG Level 10 pinch of salt 2 grams
We noticed the highest level is the salt and it is also has the least amount on our plate
