Update * Version 3.2.2 has same problems plus a new problem, now the app itself closes when switching focus. They made it even worse. They just release new versions to clear all the bad reviews but make no useful changes. Emails for support go unanswered. Don't believe the fake positive reviews. * Apart from the clunky interface, the app drops the connection constantly and says "Network connection not available". I work at home and sit next to a strong wifi signal all day and there is no excuse to disconnect, let alone to not attempt automatically to reconnect. My condo building installed this system to manage the front door, which is useless when it won't stay connected. I never know if someone is trying to buzz up or if I'm getting a delivery. Stay away from this system.

"Application inactive for over 30 sec, Moving to background" plus no response and other problems. #%*@$%#$$ . Later addition to the review above: We had a Comelit tech rep come and solve this problem, but now most in the building can't engage the system right away, the app needs several tries in order to sync with the system. It's very frustrating because this app is the most important part of this system. It should work right away without any hesitation. So far, we have not been able to use this system as advertised.

Must run all the time to receive notifications from the app. This is very annoying as most people call when you do not have the app open.

Will not ring when App moves to background after 30 seconds, which makes it pretty useless. Having the notification pop-up is annoying, too. If that was fixed it seems to be a decent enough App, but not been able to test it sufficiently to say for certain.

"Moves to background" in 30 seconds, and doesn't work there. But it will drain your battery faster than any poorly coded graphic intensive video game could even hope to. Not sure it even works while not in background.

There needs to be an update for this app. My android device only stays connect for about a minute b4 it knocks me off line and tells me Network connection not available. My apple phone does not drop at all. Please fix this issue.

My S7 battery drains really fast when I have the app on in the background. Please fix the issue.

Looks like someone else had the same problem in April and it's disheartening to see that I have the same problem and there is still no fix now in August. Steer clear of this Comelit system.
