To use this app for the first time, they are suppose to send you an email with a security code after you enter your username and password. I never received that email even though I am able to get all their other emails. And I see that I am not the only one with that problem. So whatever the problem is, it needs to be fixed ASAP.

Thanks Comdata for being just another corporate thief getting into the drivers pocket, will not be extorted by your thievery taking money from me for a phone call to a computer, to check my acct balance. Will not be using your crappy app!

What a failure, the whole point is to be able to login. Can't even get this correct? Smh horrible app 0/5 stars if I could. Why waste time on a app that you can't even get the number one thing to work?

Can't even sign in. Never got the code. Tried 3 times. I changed my password. Startin not to think these ppl ain't even real. No stars if it was up to me. Uninstalled. Considering switching to a card that actually has a working mobile app.

I have been waiting on a code for 8 days now. The app is supposed to make it easy yet I still have to log in on line to do everything I need to do. Please update your system so that your app reflects what you advertise. Otherwise why have it? I normally don't go off of what others review when they are negative but the reviews here are spot on. I don't understand how others gave it 5 star rating because it just doesn't work at all. This app doesn't even deserve 1 star! Very Disappointed!

Nice try, you guys need to go back to the drawing board on this one. Just like everyone else on here I think this app. is junk. I never got my email with my code. I'll be deleting this app. immediately, guess I'll try back in a couple more years.

My company tells me were the fuel stops is. REALLY! ? DON'T EVEN DOWN LOAD. AND DON'T TRY TO UPDATE. IF THIS IS THE BEST YOU ROLL OUT WITH YOU CAN'T DO BETTER ON AN UPDATE

The reason you can't login or see your balance is because they want you to contact them to register your card on the phone. Once you do that they have all your information and NOW YOU'RE SCREWED!!!! I know this because my info and account balance have all been messed with!!! You didn't get an email with an activation code because all they needed was your card number!!!!!

It won't even let me log in to get my paycheck. This app and its company are the relatives of Beelzebub. I now get charged over 3 bucks just to get paid each week because I have to use the phone. I hope the progenitors of this company rot in the depths of hell. There should be a special circle there just for thieves like them.

Can't even log in since it says it will email you a passcode (even though it recognises your password) but never sends the email. Who's watching this app?

I've tried several times to install and use this ago and each time I try to log in it says I should receive an email with a code to get in but the email is never sent. I've updated my email address online and retried numerous times but nothing. And no it isn't going to my spam folder. Useless which is quite disappointing.

Swift issued me this card and I can't log in wants the deal all passwords are correct and user id

I can't even get this app to finish registering my account. I keep waiting for an activation code to arrive in my email inbox, and every hour I'm disappointed. ....... i don't know how many days im supposed to wait, but at this rate it might as well be coming via snail mail. Lol .......

I have been trying for months to her this app to work and guess what it never does!! However they see fit to increase their fees because they are making technological advances,Well I call b.s. because IT DOESN'T WORK!!

What a worthless app. Actually, the whole company is worthless. Customer service is dreadful, the website is horrible, and so does the app. I would give zero stars if i could!!!!

Upon setup it asks for my user ID an password, upon successfully putting in user name and password it asked to verify a text... still waiting on the text (over 72 hours). Made several attempts and will not receive texts so can't continue setup. Much like the reviews this app is currently crap. Comdata company needs to do a lot of work on this app

It didn't give me opportunity to enroll with my own password and username, so the first time I try to use it it asks me for my password and username but wont let me go into the system because I haven't enrolled yet and it doesn't give me an option to enroll! What a waste it does give me the option to request my forgotten username or password but that's no good if I haven't been logged into the system yet!

App doesn't work. Can't check card balance, statement history. I'd call it a glorious waste of time with an endless loop, but that would imply that was their intention. Broken.

Not only do they charge you for EVERYTHING but the app will not work at all. They say use the app for no charge checking of your balance. Then you log onto the app and you can't even get to your account. Comdata you better get some app developers that know what they are doing. Unless this is a ploy to get more money from us. If that is the case, GOOD JOB! New update. You have to download "fleetadvance". I called comdata and they informed me that I needed the "fleetadvance" app.

It does absolutely nothing that is stated over the phone. It only looks up fuel stops. Waste of time.

Theirs no registration option on app. You can't use any features unless you're registered. Ill come back later and see if you fixed it

This app advertised full functionality, but the only option it provides me with is finding fuel stops....I was really hoping to be able to do more, like register a Comcheck, or transfer funds to my bank account, but no such luck. Doesn't really seem worth downloading to me.

Crap app. Customers service sucks even on there own app. Wtf why put this out. What a embarrassment!

If I cannot check my balance or transfer money or create a express code this is junk!. Only thing this app does is show me local fuel prices and trucks stops. Waste of time!

How exactly is one supposed to type an activation code in if you never send me the stupid thing?! Don't release a mobile app with so many flaws and you just might get some good reveiws.

I downloaded the app mostly to check my account activity. But I was amazed on how worthless this app is. Can't do anything as I thought I would be able to. I already have a fuel finder and that's exactly what this app does. Don't need another app to tell me the same. Hopefully this app comes to life because right now it's a dead app. USELESS!!

I'm waiting and waiting and waiting for this activation code to be sent to my email address, and nothing. It's been many days now, I might as well just delete the app.
